The last three times we have tried to do an online order for pick-up we have ended up waiting for over an hour for our order to be brought out to us. This time, I received a text as I was pulling into the parking lot that my pickup was delayed, so I called. The woman I spoke with said that there were a few items still being collected, that the delay was due to call-Ins and no-shows. Even if that is the case, we waited, and then finally received the notice that our order was ready for pickup, only to then wait ANOTHER 30 minutes after checking in to call and be told "someone is on his way out with your order." 1) If I place an online order the day before pickup, why is the order being packed at the last minute? 2) Why did other people come and go with their orders while we continued to wait? 3) I have had three bad visits with three lame excuses for waiting so long, you have lost my business.

I was in stadium walmart thus afternoon. The cashier on lane 20 was on her cell phone speaking with her friend. She did not even look up to acknowledge me. She rang my items up without even looking up at me still talking with her friend. When she was finished ringing my items up, she did not acknowledge me at all. She never gave me my total or anything. Once I had paid, she swung the caramel around and continued to talk on her cell phone. The service at stadium walmart is godawful. From now on,, I will go across the street to target. At least they offer great customer service

The east side store is my favorite. Larger aisles less crowded and they seem to have more selection and better prices on their clearatitems

I had a grocery delivery last night that was dropped at my door. I should have signed for it. It was shorted and the store doesn't care. Grocery is a 3rd party. They will refund my money back but if I want the groceries I have to go out in 30 degree weather or do another minimum dollar order. I had to call twice to get through. First time I waited 18 minutes on hold for the online grocery manager. Hung up and called again and had to wait 10minutes. I emailed corporate also. I asked for the store manager and I got the coach. She said she would put in a refund but who knows. The driver, Shayna, might be stealing. I know when I did delivery I knew if my orders were complete.

0900 on 12/27/20... the guys working automotive counter had a great day. They decided to keep the door locked to keep customers out. So after walking all the way around, they still didnt want to work Told us they can not call the other store to see if they carried a battery they did not have out. Besides pushing a "total" button, dont expect much from them.
