I’d give it less stars if I could. Takes forever. I never know what I’m going to have to pay for the EXACT same prescription. Sometimes 50 cents, sometimes 10 dollars apparently. Can’t explain why the price changes. Was given the wrong prescription last month. Maybe we can petition to get Whaleys back?

My husband and I picked up some photos yesterday around 4:30 and we went to the back of the store and this African-American woman that was the cashier walked back there and she was getting the photos out of the machine and she was slamming envelopes down and she had walked off without saying a word she was very rude. We then went to the front of the store so she could check us out after I looked at my photos and my husband tried to greet her and she rolled her eyes and she was just very rude she had an attitude! We will Not be going back to that store!!!?

Tried to get a prescription refilled, but they jerked me around for over a week and eventually, finally, after all that time, told me to go find it somewhere else. And this is the kind of drug you're supposed to do every day, and if you stop then you have to start back over to build it back up. So that's ruined now.Told my doctor about it and she essentially said the same thing. Why the hell do I need to source my own prescriptions? What am I even paying these people for?Good luck trying to call Walgreens to ask them questions, they'll keep you on hold for hours if you don't get disconnected out of the blue.

Incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL. I just called about a prescription I had through whaleys, which now was transferred to Walgreens due to the buy out and as soon as the Pharmacist heard me say “Whaleys” they hung up on me. I don’t know if they have had a lot of calls about prescriptions through Whaleys due to the buy out, but it was extremely unprofessional. I called the one of Missouri Blvd and was assisted and off the phone within 3 minutes. Never dealing with this place again.

The store is nice but the worker's they have there not so much well actually it's just one woman named jenn gorham was not freindly at all as soon as we came in store she gave us a hatefull look.Very argumentative and the change was tossed on the counter then she walked away Why is this lady in sales.

manager placed a item on clearance and then yelled at me bc it rung up as normal and somehow it was my fault that it was placed on the clearance rack

Terrible customer service- waited for cashier to find manager for price and then no one at front register and was on her cell phone and not focused on helping anyone. So much for running in and out for convenience- might as well go to Walmart next time:-(

Worst Walgreens I've ever had to deal with, only go there because it's up the road, they are always out of sale items I've noticed, well today I went the day of the sale and the cashier was giggling saying she got her the detergent that was on sale plus her discount, seems the employees are buying up the sale items, as she had said she didn't have to pay hardly nothing.

Went into this Walgreens tonight on our way out of town. Went in for tea and some cigarettes. The cigarettes were advertised at a dollar cheaper than what they rung up. I said you should honor your advertisement. She explained they can’t on cigarettes. I was taking to my boyfriend about so we want to just buy them here and she made a comment about just putting them back. That was her first rude comment. I’m like no we will get them. So I continued to talk to my boyfriend while checking out and I said I wonder if the other stores would have hindered it like is it a policy? She then made the most rude comment and told us to go to the other stores then. I’m like excuse me you don’t have to be rude. Then I asked for a manager turns out she is the manager. Veranesa or something like that. We check out and my boyfriend was extremely upset at the way she kept disrespecting me. I called the other Walgreens after we left on Missouri Blvd they were very polite and apologized for her behavior im waiting on a call back from district. Listen lady customer service requires you to be polite. I was never rude and extremely disappointed in how you acted and the tone you had with us. I will never come back to this Walgreens again.

They are terrible and slow. 2 weeks behind filling prescriptions an will tell you they are waiting on Dr approval as a reason for the delay. Been that way for the last three months. Tried giving o stars...

I scheduled an appointment on Jan 3 third for the covid booster shot. Was able to schedule for Jan 4th at 3:00. When I arrived there I was told no shots were available due to the fact the medication had expired a couple weeks ago. What I was most unhappy about I was able to schedule the appointment on line. Since they had my email and phone number and call or a email would of been nice. I expect more from wall green. Won’t be going back.
