If I could give a zero I would. Worst Experience at a phone company ever! The salesmen (one of them being Tristian) will just trick you into a phone contract and adding a bunch of nonsense fee that your pay multiples times. They will promise you that it’s a one time fees but trust me your bill will just continue to get higher and higher. I don’t recommend anyone goes here once you sign up they don’t care

I recently was in the store on Missouri Boulevard in Jefferson City, Missouri. I purchased a plan and upgraded my iPhone 11 to an iPhone 14. I returned during the trial period of 15 days wanted to give every thing back and they advise me my iPhone 11 was gone forever and they could not retrieve it. This made the store associate so mad but he stated you can videotape me if you want but he said no no no just get out of my store. He then threaten to call the police on me. If I didn't leave . Another associate came out and tried to correct his very unprofessional behavior . When I asked why he was gonna call the police on me. He said you can't videotape in our store unless you have something good to say about it Customer service attempted to make things right but even they stated they can't get my phone back so now I must remain with this company, if I want a phone that works bummer

We purchased 2 new phones outright. Upgraded our plan, and switched out one phone. The lady who helped us was awesome! She was extremely nice and listened to all of our crazy stories while she worked on our plan. I always appreciate kind people! My sister even accidentally set off a phones alarm and they said it was no big deal. We had an amazing experience at this U.S Cellular.

The people are always friendly but they are pretty well incapable of helping everything goes through a third party insurance that expects a deductible for every phone including junk ones they send you. I'm stuck paying off a phone that is so bad I'd get better service with two cans and a piece of string. If I could pay it off today I'd gladly go to literally any other service

Not enough help on the 1st of the month, for people paying their bill, the agent was like what are trying to strt a riot, I have been open 8 minutes, I said people were buying phones!

I have a pay as you go since November when I'm roaming i don't have service was told sorry they know its a problem they have been trying to fix for 2 months now not very hard evidently
