Shopper and potential employee beware, especially if you are a person of color!!! Like many have commented, store management (the hourly employees are the victims) is the worst. "We dont use our walkies to talk about customers" Becka please. ? Former employees will say otherwise. Its the same old bitter management girls still stuck in their mean girls phase. Oh and dont bother reporting ANYTHING to corporate or HR. The GM's sister in law works in HR. GO FIGURE!? ??♀️ So if you like a being judged and followed the moment you walk in (talking about us melanin beauties, which in my opinion is RACIST ), girls giggling and saying how poor you are for not being able to afford prestige products and as a future employee if you want all your makeup hopes and aspirations to die, well then this is your place! Doesn't get anymore miserable and toxic than store 1024. ?

Bruh they do the absolute most. They think youre stealing when youre literally just reviewing produts on ur phone. I confronted the store manger becka who was passive agreesive about it. She said "we dont use our headsets to communicate about customers" she never apologized she was extremely defensive and apathetic which i expect from somone of her background. In 10 mins 3 sepertate employees harrased me however when i entered the door no one said welcome to ulta but they daid it to the person b4 me. I will NOT be returning its super ghetto in this store

Sephora is a much better place all together. It’s further away and would still rather wait! This corporation does not care about customer service when they’ve made a mistake. You point out mistakes so they can do better and they say too bad so sad, and when you point it out to the actual corporation, they just say “we appreciate you bringing this to our attention” and it doesn’t go anywhere. Sephora goes above and beyond with their customer service EVERY TIME!!

The only reason I will give them a 2 is because the staff are always awesome. The past FOUR TIMES I’ve been in this store over approximately two months, they haven’t had what I need in stock. Shelves throughout the store are empty. Sadly, another store in JC going down the toilet because of poor management.

The sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping my sister find what she was looking for and needed, they were also very kind and courteous. It's a clean and organized store with a satisfying floor plan layout.

There's a male hairdresser there that's extremely nice and friendly. He helped me out when one other lady just simply didn't want to help me for whatever reason, but other than that they are really good about returning and usually excellent about helping people
