“I took my 7.3 Ford there when my transmission went out and they got it right in... now that was a full rebuild took them about a week.... that one only lasted about a month couldn't even haul a trailer and it spun the out put shaft..... they warranty it so took it back they had it another week put it back together and it broke the converter......3rd time was the charm now she back together and running strong...... good honest people”

“I took my 2009 Corvette to them because it was stuck in park. Within 24 hours not only did they find out the cause, but fixed it too. Was only a small plastic grommet. A simple $30 part. Could've told me it was several other things and charged me a lot more but didn't.
Not only were they professional but honest and friendly. My first time there and I'm sold now. Very reputable place.”

“I have been doing business with Professional for a very long time from the previous owner to new management and all. They’ve worked on every car I’ve owned and have been amazing with communicating with me each time. A new computer in my escape and my Altima a few years ago, Jeremy had rebuilt my transmission for an old truck when I was in High School, and many other things in between. Recently, I had bought a car from Ford and the water pump went out. Ford wanted so much for one part so of course I had it towed to Professional Automotive when I had spoke to Derek, I believe, and he not only told me but showed me what all had to be done to fix this part. They got it done quickly I feel and I haven’t had a problem since I got it back a few weeks ago. I will obviously keep using these great mechanics!?”

“The staff was courteous and friendly. Had a number of preventative repairs done and the manager was knowledgeable and answered my many questions about each of the services. The only downside for me (beside the cost of course) was leaving my car all day, but the driver who took me home and then picked me up was very conscientious about his driving. They kept me updated on all timeframes which I always appreciate. Would recommend!”

So I hired them and hey it turned out great and affordable! Replaced my batteries, oil change, inspection all done the same day on my Mercedes I had towed to them. That's a 5/5 for me!”
