Whether it was Riley or Rusty Drewing, the service department at this dealership has always been stellar. They are honest, stand behind their work and have taken very good care of me and my vehicle going on 10 years now. I have worked with Russ, Bob and Scott many times for issues large and small that come up with an older, high-mileage vehicle and they've always been great.

I definitely recommend The Service Department at Rusty Drewing Toyota! I was assisted by Ronny Hake. He is so courteous and professional. He listened to me explain my concern. It was fixed completely in a very reasonable amount of time. You should have your vehicles serviced here while you enjoy the ice cream in the waiting area.

What a great dealership! After being mislead at another local dealership (drove 2 hours to get to this one, rhymes with tow), I called to see if another vehicle was still available. To my luck, Brandon with Rusty Drewing Toyota answered and was nothing but exceptional during our visit! He quickly got me a response and made sure the vehicle was ready as I was pulling in. We ended up driving this vehicle home that same day because of Brandon and his excellent customer service and overall great experience at this dealership! Usually you get the overly sales pitched, on top of you, annoying and usually somewhat dishonest sales person at a car dealership, not at Rusty's! You will be treated like family! Offered, drinks, snacks, a play area for kids and down right honest conversations, where you know you get a fair trade, and a quality vehicle at a price you can achieve! Brandon did nothing but process this deal quickly (which I appreciated with two young kids under five and the hubby not with me that day), honestly and openly tell me about pricing and financing options, offered us a great vehicle and made it an easy process! He even has the best marketing, leaving you lots of his fun stickers so you know who to call and who to refer, which I have been doing since buying from Brandon at Rusty's! Our finance associate was also FANTASTIC! He was quick and kind in explaining details and options and made the process easy too! To top it off, during that time, they offered our family a trip to their "candy store and ice cream" at the dealership, helping to keep my kiddos and myself happy during a process that does take a little time. After finishing things up we were gifted a nice wine bottle and some more of Brandon's personal goodies (snow scrapper, car koozies, etc.)! I have never felt more VIP at a dealership! I wish we lived closer so I could service all my vehicles through this dealership. It's really like none other! You'll need to find my guy Brandon because he's the BEST! He'll take care of you like family and keep the process enjoyable and light hearted too! Thanks again Brandon for helping us find a great family vehicle and achieving what no other dealers have ever done, given us EXCEPTIONAL service, treatment and quality! We appreciate you and Rusty Drewing Toyota!!!

Everyone was very friendly and they checked my vehicle status from another state since this was my first visit. They were concerned and very efficient in performing the service. Highly recommend and am pleased we found them with our recent move.

This dealership discriminates to people with less than perfect credit and is not responsive to requests for salesperson to contact the interested buyer back. I would not recommend this dealership for your next car buying needs.
