“I had discovered this morning that both of my break lights had gone out. I called Custom Complete and they said to stop by with the bulbs and they would put them in for me (with my vehicle, you have to take out a few bolts in order to get to the bulbs, which I myself couldn't do) I pulled in and they went straight to work. I was in and out in less than an hour, and when I asked how much it would cost for the service they said don't even worry about it and didn't charge me for the time. The customer service was absolutely amazing even for something so minor and the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind. I will definitely consider them if I'm ever in need of assistance again and recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you for your help!”

“The staff was courteous and friendly. Had a number of preventative repairs done and the manager was knowledgeable and answered my many questions about each of the services. The only downside for me (beside the cost of course) was leaving my car all day, but the driver who took me home and then picked me up was very conscientious about his driving. They kept me updated on all timeframes which I always appreciate. Would recommend!”
