The Linc is one of those gyms that is full of wannabe fitness dorks who exist to make themselves look cool on instagram. When in reality they can't accept their failed relationships or lack of squat depth.

Huge and nice facility. I had a very good experience. Easy to register and the front desk service ladies were very helpful, cordial, and respectful. Keep it friendly. Thanks*** I think masks should be absolute mandatory.

Beautiful multi purpose building. Went there for third grade basketball tournament. Clean facility with amenities. Hint: the water and Gatorade from the machine is cheaper than the same stuff from concession.
The Linc is Jefferson City and Lincoln University's recreation facility. It has to offer 4 full basketball courts, 6 volleyball courts, roughly 200 meter track, a full weight room with cardio equipment, free weights, and cable strength machines. Memberships are cheapest in the City and daily passes are also available. All memberships include are daily group exercise classes.
