I have been buying car and home audio from the entertainer since the 80s. Throughout the years, many of the faces have changed, but their professionalism and the knowledge, of their products, has only gotten better. They absolutely stand behind their work and have your back if anything goes wrong or you're just not happy with what you have purchased. I appreciate Jesse's suggestions and he is not out to just get someone buy the most expensive. I have never heard them bad mouth any of their competitors and will suggest others if they don't have what you are looking for. Rock on, guys.

Had speakers installed today and we're very pleased! The customer service was phenomenal! Jesse was very friendly and professional both visits and all the employees that walked past us inside the store (while Jesse was checking on things for us) asked if we had been helped (which seems rare nowadays). A++++ service!! Thank you!!

That bald "receptionist" is a total jerk. In fact, he's the only reason for 3 instead of 5 stars. The rest of the people I encountered (Jason and Jet) were friendly, helpful and informative. They do very good car installation work and I also have home security through them.

I have done business with the shop on Missouri Blvd and wasn't thrilled. I had speakers from that store removed from the truck I sold and I've now had them install a head unit and cab speakers in my 97 Dakota. Jesse really knocked it out of the park for me both times. I told him I needed Bluetooth music, good sound and I had a budget range. The head unit installed has excellent reviews, the speakers sound amazing, and he cam jn on the low end of budget.

Everyone was real nice. I asked for the aftermarket radio to be replaced with a stock one I found and they did what they can with what I had. The job was done real quick at a good price. Now I can listen to my Megadeth cassette tapes lol

Went there, for simple speaker installation, very high prices for something so simple. I decided to do it myself. The price is double what it should be. Always shop around. These people will rob you blind.

They were able to get my vehicle in to get the aftermarket remote start uninstalled quickly. Very nice and friendly.
