I had 1 employee verify they had a phone. The other helped me but when he found out I wasn't buying extra stuff "accessories device protection ect". He then refused to sell it to me. I was going to be a multi line new customer. Also during the same interaction he disapeared to the back to talk to the manager at least 4 times for long periods of time. He would cone back out try to sell me something extra then go back to the manager in the back of house.They did the same thing to the guy upgrading infront of me. After that guy left he told me they did have the phones but it would hurt his quotas if he sold him the phone.

I finally decided to stop giving my last carrier $200+ a month and make the switch to T-Mobile.I now have the same service for 75% less cost per month!I have to say the customer service is epic! You may have to endure a wait but this crew can get everything transferred over ( even when the other carrier is being difficult) with a few clicks. The store manager herself gets 5 stars from me!So far the service has not let me down which was a concern when traveling in and out of Missouri. So happy I made the switch!

Eri’Ana was an EXCEPTIONAL help to my husband and I when we went in to transfer our service from another carrier. She walked us through EVERYTHING (and re-explained things we didn’t understand numerous times). She explained all of the deals and we walked out with more than we planned on—thanks to the amazing deals she explained to us. Her customer service to the many people who came in and were awaiting there turns was just as exceptional. She was kind, intelligent/knowledgeable , and very funny! I’ll definitely be asking for her EVERY time we come in! Thanks, Eri’Ana!!

I upgraded to a new phone and ALL of the staff were kind and courteous. One team member especially went above and beyond providing EXCELLENT customer service. Roni answered all of my questions (even the ones I thought made me seem not very tech savvy) and checked to be sure I was getting the best plan option (and got me a better deal than I was paying!) I really appreciated being treated with kindness and respect since technology isn't something I feel super comfortable with. Roni was patient and took the time to show me how to get the best use out of my new phone and even showed me how to use features I wasn't even aware I had! Thank you Roni and T-Mobile for a WONDERFUL experience getting a new phone today!

Place is amazing. Chae was helping 4 customers at once and still did an amazing job. Her friendliness and warm welcome makes coming in the store so much better. Switching from att and she made the transfer better.

Jon was an absolutely great helper when it came to purchasing my first new phone in around 5 years. I had been putting it off but he made the transition super easy and the phone I purchased doesn't disappoint. He was incredibly patient with all of my questions as well. Next time I purchase a new phone I won't be dreading it as much because I will remember this experience.

100000/10 recommend. Josh and Er’Ana were great. They were incredibly helpful, and even though Josh was in training, he did whatever he could to help. Er’Ana was super nice, patient, and shared a few laughs.

Went in around 1130. 2 associates with one customer, an older lady waiting ahead of us. Nobody spoke to us. You get black female just standing there. No greeting.I'm guessing she was being trained. Absolutely no customer service. We have your service and wanted to upgrade phones and get internet. If we could find another provider that we could get service with, we would change.

Customer Service in the store is amazing. Eri'Ana is very great at her job. She awesome with her multitasking skills being able to jungle between customers and still make us all happy very efficient. Shae' was helpful as well she made sure I was comfortable and well taking care of while Eri'Ana was help another customer. They also had another associate in there as well I can't not remember his name. He was helpful as well with trading my phone in. They were a great team together.

If you need help with your device or setting up a new line come here. Chae did a great job from helping me transfer data from one phone to another and putting screen protector on to even helping me pick out a great set of ear buds. The customer service was great and so was the atmosphere.
