The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and professional they treated me very well they knew a lot more about paint than the big box stores didAnd the quality of their paint was better than almost everything except maybe the behr ultra bright white I had bought at Home Depot.Otherwise their paint beat every thing from valspar to the Menards brand. I was very happy with my experience there.

If you are not a contractor then do not waste your time. Although the products are great, the customer service at the JC location, for a regular "Joe", is pathetic.

Jake is a really nice guy who definitely knows their products and what works best for different applications. The emerald paint may cost more but it covers better and has better coloring.

Totally rude staff. Wouldn't sell us a sample on a big home project. Staff not wearing masks. Will go to Lowes where they are helpful and nice. Oh, and Lowes mixed and matched the SW paint chip!
