Man at desk was very nice but did not seem to care if my suit was fit right. My tux was to small and I was not able to wear the suit I had paid for. It was also shipped out with out a follow up call or payment rearrange as we agreed days prior.

Rented a tux for prom here after visiting 2 other stores in Columbia. All the staff were knowledgeable, attentive to every detail and kind. Great customer service is rare these days so I would highly recommend. Hannah went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect fit and style, even placing a last minute order to try a different size. Will definitely be back next year!

The new owner of Samuels has made awesome changes since taking over. I love the fact that you can now schedule an appointment and the stores hours make it super easy to pick up your suit. They took the time to measure when I ordered and when I picked up and made some hem adjustments. Considering how expensive everything has gotten there pricing was is great. On top of that they have some awesome cloths to buy, I got a really nice Pendleton dress shirt.

The lady that took it over raised prices significantly over Samuel. You now have to schedule pickup for your tux and it has to be returned by 12:30pm the following business day to not be charged a late fee. She asked how my tux fit I said ok and she didn’t bother checking fitment like the ladies before. They do not hem there either. The reasons for using Samuel’s are gone and I’m sure she’ll run the business into the ground within the next several years if she doesn’t change her operation. In the 14 years of coming there to get tuxedos for events and weddings I’m glad this will be my last time.

I was in a wedding very recently and Anna helped me (us) out big time. She went above and beyond in making sure we had what we needed, in the right sizes, with near constant communication. Formal wear is a tough industry to find exactly what you need, when you need it, and for a whole party. Samuels got it done and made it fun.

17 star, is this persons opinion. Samuels may be under new management, Hannah. Professionalism and adaptable customer accommodations at its best. Just as previous management. Merchandise may have changed, mens formal wear only ( at least at this time) for rent or purchase. Excellent quality materials, colors and brands. Hannah will assess, ask, answer and acquire your needed apparel easily with her experience. Also, giving an advantage to her customers as the possibilities of other occasions your rental or purchase is more than adequate for.Thank you for being the right business, at the right location, at the right time, with right prices.And for those skeptics, no, I'm only a customer
