Excellent customer service at this branch. I had to speak to a manager (Ms. Jojo) over an issue with an item, and she made it right immediately. I live in Columbia, but will now shop at this Sam’s Club every chance I get. I was so impressed with this location’s professionalism and example of mutual respect—it’s hard to come by these days. Ms. Jojo and her staff should all get promotions!

We have been members for years. But seriously considering stopping. The final straw is they took the free boxes away because their new cart scanning system can't see through them. Even employees think corporate makes stupid decisions. This definitely is one of them. Take conveniences away from customers. If they think this will preserve self checkout, It won't. It'll only make customers feel disrespected. What else does those scanners scan?? I get there is a big theft issue. But I'm tired of being dumped on. I bet security people would be cheaper to hire than huge scanners. Less offensive than the scanners.
How about putting the cardboard boxes by the exit doors after we go thru the scanners. You guys ever think of that? ?At least the human's checking tickets are nice and good customer cantact. Oh!! Is this what Sam's new high prices are paying for? Expensive scanners and no customer service. I don't use self checkout. Done with you.

Not a great experience very frustrating, they need to step up on how they treat people, we do pay a fee to even shop here and asking questions shouldn't be where you become a target for a angry employee who answers the phone .

Where should I start? We'll the worst absolutely the worst setup as far as curb side goes , they sent my food out and didn't scan it there for they never delivered it at all , a day later after being told I'd get a refund I get a call asking if it was delivered, I call up to sams because the number that called me didn't answer and the woman Faye was so rude wow unbelievable how rude some one on the phone could be she is a front liner to sams . She really shouldn't be she was unfriendly and basically accused me of not telling the truth when I told her I spoke with curbside several times yesterday, now waiting on hold yet again seriously take money don't deliver the food then make some one fight for a refund. Sams , Walmart has you way beat .
