The main reason I go to Sam's Club is for the Selections of fresh Meat and Seafood that they have available. Primarily the Prime Meat Ribeyes, T- Bone, Sirloin and Strip Steaks. The Selection of Large Brisket, trimmed and ready for the Smoker. The Pork Spare Ribs and Pork Butts are also fresh and ready to go. I don't buy meat anywhere else.

I tried to get potting soil today and they only had 2 bags down on the floor. After a 5 minute search I found an employee that said that they would get more for me in 5 to 10 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes I found floor manager and she seemed to care more about closing down In 30 minutes and told me that she couldn't help me and I should have been there when they stocked it and just walked off.Very poor customer service and horrible experience.

I just came from there and saw most staff were not wearing their masks correctly. If you are going to require customers to wear masks, your employees need to also. Otherwise, what's the point??

I ordered an Electric fireplace online and prepaid to make it a quick an easy when I went to pick it up Thursday at the appointment time we scheduled. I arrived during the scheduled time picked when I ordered and from the text received. I was told to go to the club pick up spot inside the store where I met a very friendly and courteous young man by the name of Jordan. Ordered photo cards. After numerous phone calls and lots of hold time; told they won't arrive until Monday. Now forced to have them printed same day at a different store. I can appreciate that it is more cost-effective to eliminate the in-store photo centers, but don't promise a date you can't meet. When I was in the store yesterday, was told, "Yeah, another customer was in here today. Same thing happened to him." Lesson learned. Don't order photo cards or products from Sam's Club if you need them by a certain date.

This Sam's is nice, really clean, way too large (as they all are), but generally a pleasant place. Ample parking, friendly staff, and everything big box dreams are made of.

Store is nice and clean. Floor employees nice and helpful. However, cashier Lisa is exceptionally belligerent and rude. She was complaining about, and talking smack to, her coworkers. She also blamed the customer in front of us for her mistake. Shameful part is she is old enough to know better. She definitely created a hostile environment for all around.

Optical Dept. where Diane was VERY detail oriented and knowledgeable on my fit, alignment and care. Not to mention the lowest price on glasses, and I did NOT buy the cheapo-depo ones. So I purchased the extra warranty with my savings. Thank you, Diane and staff!!!
