Tried 3 times in one day to call and price tires. Got a centralized call center with a sweet Asian girl trying to price them that knew nothing about tires or whst ply meant. When she transferred me directly to the shop I was left on hold for 25 minutes. I ended up taking my business elsewhere.

The main reason I go to Sam's Club is for the Selections of fresh Meat and Seafood that they have available. Primarily the Prime Meat Ribeyes, T- Bone, Sirloin and Strip Steaks. The Selection of Large Brisket, trimmed and ready for the Smoker. The Pork Spare Ribs and Pork Butts are also fresh and ready to go. I don't buy meat anywhere else.

I tried to get potting soil today and they only had 2 bags down on the floor. After a 5 minute search I found an employee that said that they would get more for me in 5 to 10 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes I found floor manager and she seemed to care more about closing down In 30 minutes and told me that she couldn't help me and I should have been there when they stocked it and just walked off.Very poor customer service and horrible experience.

I just came from there and saw most staff were not wearing their masks correctly. If you are going to require customers to wear masks, your employees need to also. Otherwise, what's the point??

I ordered an Electric fireplace online and prepaid to make it a quick an easy when I went to pick it up Thursday at the appointment time we scheduled.
