So i have used this dealer off & on since 2020 or so. This last month i brought my 2018 HD Truck in for routine oil change etc & i had a check engine light which i had extracted the code from & brought along to address at the same appt. Once my vehicle was ready the rep came to inform me & close out my order etc At that point they infotmed me they couldnt find anything wrong & simply cleared the code so my check engine light would go out?! After i gave feedback saying i was not satisfied since the light came back on less than 30min after i left the dealership the service manager aka Jerry Taylor reached out to help try to resolve my issues his dept failed to fix at my appt in July after i drove 80mi round trip to have the services done?!
Nonetheless the service manager got me another appt for my check engine light but at no time before, durimg, or since i followed up has he replied to my concerns of whether i should have to pay for a full service for the check engine light the service dept failed to fix the 1st trip?!
My problems or concerns are with the service manager not the advisers who are following this manager procedures or policies!

We always have an excellent experience at Rusty Drewing Sales and Service. It is a one stop for everything. Zak Kutscher is very thorough and knowledgeable about selling vehicles. He knows what we want and finds it for us. He is friendly and professional and never pushy. Respect is mutual. Jared Lee makes the business and financing painless. He shows options that would benefit our situation. Paperwork is handled quickly but efficiently with great stories in between. Jared always reminds me to call if I have any problems setting up the app for payments.

Things went well, but the gmc app that we had so many problems with doesn't work on android phones. So it wasn't our issue as much as the app's!!
