The quality of the phones he fixes does not last and is rude on the phone

I got my screen fixed at the re-cell-it shop, after I left it was immediately glitching and after about a month it completely stopped working again. When I called the store I was laughed at and spoken to like I was an idiot. The customer service sucks and so does the quality of the work he does. I don't know if he was just having a bad day but I definitely wouldn't recommend this service.

Went in to have the screen repaired on a iPhone 11 Pro Max, was $100 cheaper than anywhere I called and had the screen in stock at the time, unfortunately my phone was not repairable and George was upfront and honest about it, he helped me buy a new phone online through a trusted site at a huge discount. Highly recommended and cheapest prices in or around Jefferson City that I’ve found

My daughter (who is 18 and supports herself 1200 miles away from her family by working at Starbucks) bought an I phone X from them, a month later the touch stopped working at times, they said she must have broken it... it had no physical damage. She paid them $200 to fix it. It quit again 2 days after picking it up from them "fixing it". They said she must have "electrocuted it". Now she is out 700 dollars and still has no phone. It was obviously misdiagnosed. They have refused to make it right. Its really sad when someone would take advantage of a poor barista.

Great if you want your cracked screen fixed but anything else don't go there
