Worst Management I have ever seen. After I gave for brake service they damaged my car wheels and I have to go after them for issue and wheel replacement and the response is very very bad. I understand now why Ford stocks sells very low compared to other car companies.

NEED APPOINTMENT times for out of town clients! We live at Lake of the Ozarks. We bought 2 vehicles from Machens Jeff City and like to use full service oil/tire rotation etc but are starting to go local at Ford in Camdenton simply because when we drive to Jeff from out of town, we have several things to do & places to stop at and when we arrive at 9:00 am they are booked up till 3:00 (first arrive first served) and we just can’t devote the freedom of car to the dealership for 6 hours of the day. Very Nice to have the van shuttle but when we have many stops and stuff coming with us from those stops - it just doesn’t cut it - Appointment is nearly a MUST for us - and we do reliably make our appointments.

Were able to get my van in on short notice to install new set of tires. People were very friendly and helpful. Also did price matching on tires which was nice.

These guys are great for a simple oil change, but not so great for tire selection or tire warranty coverage. I worked directly with Michelin to make sure I had everything needed for my tire warranty claim and was good to go. These guys at Machens tried telling me I needed more and delayed my claim, after confirming with Michelin a second time, now the guys at Machens said I had everything needed (same stuff as before a day later). Apparently only one person can do these warranty claims and was not able to do it the next day delaying me another day with out my vehicle. Service was not a priority and I had to remain persistent to make sure my warranty claim was processed. The tire price was almost $20 higher per tire than other local dealers, they did price match though. The oil change sticker was also not replaced nor was the oil life setting reset on the vehicle.

Ridiculously expensive. I loved taking my car here for service because they let me know how my car is faring after an oil change and what needs to be fixed. Came in for an oil change and the list of things I needed fixed was going to be 85% about the cost of the car. $1600 for new tires? Those tires better drive me straight to the pearly gates.

Every time I go in for a service, the employees are extremely friendly and respectful. I actually enjoy going in, because their waiting room has everything a person needs to make the time fly by

Misdiagnosed my car and refused to let me pay for the diagnosis when I asked to because they wanted me to feel obligated to come back and get my car fixed there. They said I needed thermostats and a coolant flush. Turned out I wasted my money replacing the thermostats and doing the coolant flush because when it kept overheating I went to the dealership and found out it was a blown head gasket.

I normally have great service here however I went in on may 21 2018 at 530PM and asked for an Oil Change and he said not today you aren't we are close. Google says they close at 7 as does the sign in the parking lot. Not really sure what the deal is.
