So ive been coming here for over a decade and when Brian retired it's just gone to crap down there my 2 year old cat has a cyst in his mouth and won't eat because of it and she said they couldn't see him till October 31 and it's October 2 so my cats supposed to not eat for a month and die I will never do business here I found a new vet and they are amazing they got my baby right in u can't starve a cat for a month or maybe they didn't learn that in vet school smh

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. I used to only trust Quail Valley, but after our interactions this morning trying to schedule an appointment it was made VERY CLEAR, they so not care about lmy animals nor my business and told me so quite clearly! We have been taking our dog to Quail Valley for 3 years, and we have been satisfied with them for vet services & have boarded our dog there at least half a dozen times. However, we picked him up this morning, and we were unpleasantly surprised. Our dog takes Phycox for his joints, which we always give to the person at the front desk when we drop him off. In the past, we have NEVER been charged for giving the Phycox to our dog. All that has to be done is take it out of the zip lock bag & put it on top of his food. Today, we were charged $7.25 for each time they gave him the Phycox, which is like giving your dog a treat. That's $29 for giving him a treat for four days. That is close to the cost of a full jar of Phycox, which has 120 "small bites." ..............11/30/2023 I received a call from Quail Valley this morning. Apparently, the person who checked us out is new & didn't understand that we shouldn't have been charged for giving the Phycox to our dog. They apologized & issued a credit. I'm changing our star rating to a 5.
