Mike worked with me on an out of State home purchase. He did a great job informing me about the loan, The loan application was easy with him helping me. He told me about all the information I would need and was able to gather and take with me. He kept me informed along the process about how things were going and what was next. He worked very well with my realtor out of State and both of them made the process seamless, much less stress and closed on time. He is great to work with and will be working with him on future purchases. Thank you Mike for making my move out of State great. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a home loan.

Michael Love with Providence Bank was FANTASTIC to work with as we moved through each and every step of purchasing our first home. Michael Love and his team really went above and beyond for my family. Wendy was very thorough and quick on both of our loans and the communication from Michael and Wendy was so great! They really saw the entire process through and made sure we were getting the right deals. They emailed and called to check in on a regular basis and did a great job getting our loans finished up in great time. Could not be happier with their service.
