I have been doing business with Professional for a very long time from the previous owner to new management and all. They’ve worked on every car I’ve owned and have been amazing with communicating with me each time. A new computer in my escape and my Altima a few years ago, Jeremy had rebuilt my transmission for an old truck when I was in High School, and many other things in between. Recently, I had bought a car from Ford and the water pump went out. Ford wanted so much for one part so of course I had it towed to Professional Automotive when I had spoke to Derek, I believe, and he not only told me but showed me what all had to be done to fix this part. They got it done quickly I feel and I haven’t had a problem since I got it back a few weeks ago. I will obviously keep using these great mechanics!?

We were traveling with out RV and had a blowout and pulled off the exit and unknowingly stopped a block away from this business . How lucky we were My husband walked over and they said no problem they would help us immediately . We pulled right up to the front with our 38 ft travel trailer and they came right out , jacked it up , and put our spare on. They didn't charge hardly anything . Karina ( hope the spelling is right) had an amazing attitude , so helpful and saved our day. Highly recommend this place - awesome !!! And so thankful for them

My car just about went out on me. So they were the closest repair shop. Very understanding and knew exactly what to fix. I will go back. Very reasonable price. Thank you very much on short notice.

This was my first time getting my car checked out here and I can honestly say I’m upset I didn’t go to them sooner. They’re so welcoming and informative, they showed me what was wrong with my car with pictures and even took me to garage to further explain the issue. They were able to answer any questions I had and I felt really good with leaving my car in their hands and they were able to get the job done. I’ve been to different auto shops in Jefferson City, and I felt very welcomed coming here. I highly recommend!!!

Desperately needed air in a tire. After several failed attempts to find a working air compressor at a gas station and completely out of quarters we stopped in to professional automotive services. The man who helped us was kind and courteous and quick to help! Got us aired up and on our way all with a smile on his face. No charge for his time. I have been to this shop a few times due to it being convenient. Each time, I got my vehicle back with something not put back together properly, or the issue wasn't fixed the first time. Repair bills have been pretty steep as well.

Very friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for an oil change and minor repair (fortunately, all I've experienced at this point). Parts are ordered on the fly too. For instance, I needed a light bulb changed, it was ordered and delivered instantly. I would recommend dropping the vehicle off early so they can fit it in their schedule. The early drop off key box adjacent to customer entry isn't tamper proof but, there is security setup somewhere per the signs. Cost is comparable to other auto maintenance and repair shops but, they pride themselves on customer service. I will be back (hopefully, just for an oil change).
