I made an appointment almost 2 months ago. The person who made the appointment did not confirm or update my contact information. Do to circumstances beyond their control they needed to reschedule. They could not reach me for the above reason. The receptionist told the nurse I said F$%k that and stormed off when she said I had to reschedule. The nurse ( Rachel) called me and jumped my case for cursing the receptionist. What I said was forget it and walked away. Needless to say I hope no one ever uses JCMG in the future.

The gift that keeps on giving. Not. But great care! Billing is insane. it's now January 2022 and the procedure was August 2021. You have no idea how much you owe to start with but they did not credit the $700 that they made me pay up front even with current insurance and excellent credit. Got a bill for $734 and called to pay. They acknowledged the $700 paid and "knocked" the bill to $534. what? "Other items got billed". Then another bill for 104. paid with confirmation. another statement still no $700 credit but for 462. Called to pay and told I owe 567 even though I have payment confirmation of 104 from them. JCMG has lost all credibility with me. I will have to be unconscious to go there again. Absolute nightmare.

I have sleep apnea and have gone to Dr. Mettu for almost ten years now. He is the the only doctor I trust with the sleep challenges I have. He takes the time to listen and offers me strategies I can use to insure I get the best night’s sleep. Over the years Dr. Mettu has become a good friend, not just my doctor. He is THE best!

The only way for me to go back on my follow up if Dr. Cases nurse, so no call sober nurse Haley Hughes , is not around. The last phone call/ voicemail from her was very unprofessional, and funny giggles about my condition are not very appreciated/ appropriate to be left on my follow up voicemail.

Absolutely the WORST customer service EVER! Every single time I have called in for an appointment, I have been on hold for 15 minutes to AN HOUR!!!! I have left messages with the nurses and was never called back! They have forgotten to call in labs and prescriptions. They have forgotten to make appointments with specialists. I have been called with results and given wrong instructions. Once I was called with someone else's results!!!!!

I’ve been using this pharmacy since JCMG was founded. I’ve never been to a friendlier or more efficient pharmacy. They truly are there to help. Bravo to the staff for making me feel like I’m visiting friends when I pick up a prescription. Truly excellent customer service!!

Decent customer service, but they OVERCHARGE for everything else. JCMG, why do you charge 30-40% more for over the counter medicine and equipment than anywhere else? I thought you would negotiate better prices for your members.
