Went there today with my daughter. Both of us got our tattoos done by Pete. We absolutely love them he did such a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone it is very clean and they make sure that everything is sterile. Again we both were very happy with the results of our tattoos. Thank you so much Pete.

Went in on 5-12-2023 to get a tat. I brought my own image. I sat down and the guy (never got his name as he never introduced himself) did the transfer on to my skin and started to pour up black ink. I told him I wanted it colored. He looked at me and asked what color I wanted. I told him either maroon or dark purple. He looked at me and said "no, I am not going to do that. He didnt offer a reason why and I didnt ask. Its my money, my body and my tattoo. This is poor customer service and I don't know where he gets off thinking he can tell someone what color he will use on a tattoo. I have 14 tattoos on me and I have never encountered anything like this in my life. This is a bad way to run a business. Very unprofessional.

The experience was decent, but when i got home to look at my piercing it was crooked. Didn't even use a clamp. $85 for a crooked septum piercing i'm not too thrilled about it.

As someone who *cringe* went to college in Columbia 10 years ago, Living Canvas was a common stop for us - piercings, tattoos, everything. My sister who lives in the area decided she wanted her nose re-pierced, so I took her here since I knew they were super clean. We did a walk in, and we're helped super quick, maybe waited 10 minutes. Mike pierced her nose, he was SUPER informative and knew what he was talking about. So friendly, and walked her through everything. A couple days later, it popped out. She figured it was because it wasn't screwed on tight, but regardless, went back in to get it fixed. Mike was out of the studio that day due to weather AND OFFERED TO COME IN TO HELP HER. Talk about good customer service. My sister said no, she got some tips from the person up front, and got it through herself without issue. Regardless, great shop, just as I remembered it, Clean, welcoming, and great customer service.

If I could give it a "zero" star I would. I have a ton of tattoos and it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a tattoo shop. Everyone was super rude, the whole experience was rushed. I will never be back.

My daughters and I flew in from California to visit my son, their brother who has terminal cancer. Since we all have and like tattoos we wanted to get one to honor him and remember our visit. We chose Living Canvas because it had four plus stars. My daughter called to set an appointment and told them our story. The tattoo we decided on was a small lotus flower. Just the outline, no color. It took them over an hour to set up and less than ten minutes to complete. They did a horrible job and refused to make it right. Both the tattoo "artist" and the receptionist were unkind, rude and unprofessional. Now that we are back in California we will have to go to a legitimate tattoo artist and have them fixed. They didn't care that this was something special for our loved one. They didn't care enough to do a professional job. They didn't even care enough to be kind. If they read this I just want to say to them "SHAME ON YOU!" I would not have given them even one star but I had to in order to write this review.

I paid OVER $32 for this basic replacement. I didn't know what size I needed so I showed my piercing to the piercer there and he assured me that this would be the right size. It's too big!!!! It's better to give someone a smaller piercing if you don't know, so at least they can still use it... I cannot use this. It was a huge waste of money and it's not like I can return it. Very disappointed! Go to iron tiger or tattoo you, better pricing and friendlier people.

Loved that they are still accommodating during COVID but with great restrictions and safety in place! As a healthcare worker, it was important for me to see that being followed!

The cleanest parlor I've ever been to! The piercer was awesome and super professional. The people at the front desk were also very kind and well spoken. Definitely felt taken care of here. I can't recommend it more
