Honest service department. Brian quoted us a price and stuck to the price. Their work was quick and efficient, and was completed before the estimated time. He did not push unnecessary services. It was out of our way to go to Jefferson City from Columbia, but well worth the miles and time! And we will continue to make the drive for this quality of service.

Would gives this place zero stars if I could. I live an hour away. Was in contact with the lady for 5 days through texting. Sent paystub, any questions asked were answered told her my down payment I had. Was told they could get me into a vehicle with the $1500 I had down. After leaving work 4 hours early and driving all the way there I was told that unfortunately they couldn't help me unless I had $4700 down! That's ridiculous. It wasn't about the money down really it was the fact I was told one thing then thinking I had a car I go all the way there, waste gas time resources, just for them to tell me they pretty much lied. Very unprofessional.

I purchased a 2015 Cla and the engine light came on only a couple weeks later. I do not expect anything for free but the sales manager offered absolutely no assistance with this issue. She just kept restating the paperwork that I signed when I purchased the vehicle. A manager should be able to "manage" a situation and offer some form of a solution especially when your dealing with people these days. Its sad that the sales rep grasps this concept but the manager doesn't. This will be the last vehicle I purchase from them.

Bought a new Leaf with the help of Sybil Distler. It was her first EV sale, but she was really knowledgeable. What she didn't already know, she researched. I'm happy that I will be able to take my new Leaf to Nissan in Jefferson City for any maintenance I may need.

Made an appointment to have the oil changed. I received an email reminder since I made it a week or so out. Then after I dropped it off, received another to let me know if I needed anything while my car was at the dealership to let the service folks know. Brian and Chris take good care of me and my family and all of our vehicles! Thanks for being so easy to work with.

Great team, very professional. Took care of my frontier and have been helping my mother with her new Rogue. Service department is always kind when I arrive. always feel welcome. Had a tire going low on pressure days Prior and when I got there they identified the problem quickly (nail) they got me into get serviced immediately. Had me back on the road within 20 minutes.

We had a fantastic salesman, Glenn Christian. He went above and beyond in explaining the computer system to us in the new Kicks. Our daughter used Glenn a couple of years ago to buy a Nissan Kicks, so we asked for him. We will recommend Glenn to anyone we know that is interested in a Nissan.
