April 2024 by NOT FOR ME
This place acts as though they are doing you a favor by being there. Customer service is horrible. The man who did my nails was extremely rude and sloppy. Appears to hate his job.

my daughter went in for her nails, and the male that was working on them continued to seductively caress her thigh and arms while pushing into her personal space. she then politely asked for the man to back away because “i’m a little uncomfortable with how close you are” he then allowed her to scoot back into her seat as he stayed in his spot, continuing to basically corner her and allow her no space to move. my daughter is 16 and we will never visit this buisness again, i hope that they retrain their staff teaching them to know that young children are not there for them or want a sexual/romantic relationship with a man that is well more mature than herServices: Sculpted nails

I have been here several time and have had a great experience every time. I just went there again this week to get my nails done for engagement photos and I have been obsessed with my nails. I went in for white and came out with these beautiful chrome neutral toned colored nails and am in love.

Where do I begin... while looking for a new nail place & tech... I made a few calls, not much impressed with the phone conversations, I kept looking. Finally, I called Nail 1st,... the lady was nice, polite, friendly & welcoming. The welcoming atmosphere, staff, and customers let me know I was in the right place & made a great choice. I explained what I wanted & the rest is history! I've found My New Nail Salon & New Tech!!

Just keeps getting worse, my tech went and smoked right before sitting down to work on my feet. Stunk some much I almost started coughing. He barely scrubbed my feet and didn't do anything but trim and file my toes. Should have just done it myself.Service: Pedicure

Lee did my pedicure and I walked away feeling so refreshed and happy! He took his time and was gentle with the massage, especially when he noticed me flinch as I have nerve issues. He was funny and all around wonderful. This was my first time there but I will be requesting him from now on. The atmosphere was wonderful and calm. I have a condition where I pass out randomly and made sure to let them know it could happen and there was zero judgement. I felt very safe and relaxed. I will definitely be back!! ???Services: Exfoliation

This place was way to pushy with the up sell! And I could not understand the technician at all which felt, quite honestly, purposeful. I told her what I wanted when I sat down and she keep asking if I wanted this and that and to add stuff, it was super frustrating. I was with my mom and we went in to have a lovely and fun experience. The water to soak was not hot, it was kinda lukewarm (gross!). Terrible 'massage' on hands/wrist and feet/lower legs all around - literally felt rushed and inattentive. They charge top dollar but do not provide top dollar service. I will not go here again.

Results are fantastic but the cost was 35 more than quoted. And I asked for dipped but got acrylics. Happy but disappointed it wasn't what I asked for.Services: Pedicure

My daughter and I called ahead to see if they had availability for a full set and a dip powder manicure and we were told to come right in. They got us in immediately but the gentlemen that did mine and my daughters nails did a horrible job! She asked for long, black coffin acrylics, but her nails are basically square. The gel polish is rough in places and her acrylics are still bumpy. I got dip powder. After being cut by the aggressive nail filing, I asked to have two nails fixed that were still bumpy. I was told that the problem was my nail bed and the nail tech proceeded to talk trash while he was fixing the two nails. It was a complete waste of $140.Services: Acrylic nails

I've been a customer of Nail's 1st for over two years now. I was just charged $66.00 for a fill!!!! I have short, squared nails, one color. The only modification I asked for was a matte finish...which adds $5.00, no problem. I just called and asked what a NEW set of acrylics cost and was told $50. I then asked about the price of a fill and was quoted $45. I realize it's $21.00 but this is the 2nd time they've played me, and thats a bit excessive if you ask me. Seems like they pick and choose who they over charge. They treat me like I'm new every time I'm in there, which is beyond annoying.

Love this place. First time going, I travel with work and was way behind on getting nails done. Extremely pleased with my experience. So talented and the design I received was EXACTLY like the picture. I will return when working in Jeff City. Thank you guys!Service: Acrylic nails

I get nails done to prevent picking at my fingers. I get dip powder on my natural nails and I've had it last for over a month without looking too chipped/cracked, besides growth. This is my most recent, had it for a week and a half, now. UV activated. Please be warned that if your cuticles are torn up from biting/picking, you might get teased by your technician. Only had that happen once, but it was my first time and almost deterred me from going back. That tech has not done my nails since. Every other experience has been good.
