We had an awesome person, his name was "(Previn)", helping us in Osage Beach Menards. He was very helpful, kind & professional. We found everything we needed that they had. He found more paneling at another Mernards (Jefferson City) so we could complete our project. Previn is a valuable asset at Menards. We hope he stays there.

+1 for Lowe’sI’m not sure who the genius is that came up with the online shopping and pickup system is, but I’m done with this place. Online orders are a waste of time because I get to load everything myself and they never have everything I order. This means I get to walk from the back of the store up to the cash registers near the entrance to explain the situation so that my price can be adjusted. Then I get to wait for a manager since the cashier person can’t seem to be able to do it ever. And this doesn’t include the TSA checkpoint x2 to make sure I did their job for them correctly. It’s a convoluted system that proves they view the customer’s time as expendable. At the very least, put a register in the back of the store so that online orders can be adjusted and closed out without making the customer have to walk through the whole store every time your system fails. I don’t care if Lowe’s is more expensive, I’m done with Menards. In the era of online shopping and order pick-ups, Menards is right up there with Biden when it comes to basic comprehension.

The bathroom was disgusting, however "bussiness" must be done! The toilet leaked water on the floor as i "courtesy flushed" and soaked my jeans in sewage water. A manager was ironically not available to speak with. obviosly im fumed as i was an avid menaurds customer.

I was not given 2 products that I purchased in a pick up order. I received an email order confirmation and order number with a bar code that an attendant scanned when I arrived at the pick up lane. My items were loaded and then I was sent through the attendant to exit. Upon arriving home (I live an hour away), there were 2 products missing. I went to review the receipt that should have been emailed to realize I had not received a receipt either. I then contacted Jason in the pick up dept at the Menards and was told that i had two separate tickets. He said he wasn't sure why and he apologized bit there was nothing else to do. I then called the main line and spoke with Ella Goldman, manager. She stated that I had two tickets because it was my responsibility to pick up the two items from the garden center that were missing. I was not notified of this when I placed the order or by the attendant or the man that places my product in the car. The while reason I ordered pick up was because these two items are very heavy. She told me I probably didn't get email confirmation of two tickets or a receipt because of Spam settings, however I did receive my initial order confirmation email. I have also gotten emails everything i have used Menards in the past.. She said that she doesn't know how my email works. (SNARKY) I told her I wanted a refund and my receipt emailed. She said she was refunding the price of the two missing items but I have yet to see that reflected as a pending transaction on my credit card. And she has to USPS mail the original receipt. Very very poor customer service from a business I used to think had excellent customer service and Ella really is a poor representation of that company, store and management. She would benefit from customer service training!!!! The fact that they don't ensure my order is complete and still charged me for all ordered products, even the two i didn't receive. Then also say there are two tickets...That is very contradictory. Glad I called to inquire or they would have kept my product, money and receipt. Oh well, off to Lowes!

Be very careful if you order a "special order item". I ordered a prefinished interior door. When i got the door home i flipped it over and there was a tear and cut in the protective cardboard and a cut and ding in the door. Damaged right! I brought the door back and they wanted to charge me a re-stocking fee for a damaged door. I had to get a manager to get the re-stocking fee overridden. They asked if i was going to order another? What difference does that make. Any more the ONLY THING I ORDER FROM MENARDS are items i cant get else where. Menards should learn from both lowes and home depot on how to do returns. Both have very customer friendly returns. BEWARE doing busines at this place

Menards does not offer military discounts. Menards sells low quality materials and they do not check special orders before you take them home.If you make the mistake of having something installed BEFORE you realize that it is damaged, oh well. You ate out of luck. You can apply for a refund or replacement - good luck. If you are fortunate to get a replacement offer, I had to submit two applications, you will have to pay someone to remove the damaged piece and reinstall it. Defeats the purpose. Good thing you get a rebate... ha - maybe it's meant to pay for reinstallation?

If you can not go to the shelf and pick what you need you're out of luck. Trying to find or get someone to help you is impossible. All of the employees that you see keep their heads down and run away from you as soon as they think you might be asking them for help. Good luck

I purchased the Yardworks privacy vinyl fence and Belmont Privacy Gate on-line for in-store pick-up. I did not get a receipt in the e-mails that followed and had to go to the store to get a rebate receipt. For pick-up, I had to go to the back lot for some materials and go back inside to the front counter and then walk to the back again to get what they called the "inside material". After the hassle at the store, I installed the fence and the gate. The "Belmont" gate is completely junk. It's so light weight that the screws strip out too easily and the screws that they send are made of such soft metal that the heads stripped out of 7 of them (pick up some extras if you go this route). If you make the gate opening as the directions say, the bolt head on the latch still drags when you close it. This item should be removed from the market until they remodel it and make it sturdier and supply better hardware with it.
