Lowes has just about anything one can need for the home. The only problem I have found is that staff sometimes don't know where things are or they can't find anyone to help in the area you need in a timely manner but nice store.

All helpful staff are great. It’s strange but nice to have the feeling that Lowe’s is a JC family store and Menard’s is just the big corporate guy who came to dinner that no one invited. I definitely get more help and more engagement with staff here. Feels better to ask for project help as well.

It had been a few months since my last visit to Lowes. I can't believe how much prices have increased. Not gonna buy any tools unless absolutely necessary. Bought a sweatshirt and some lights on clearance.

For multiple weeks i came to lowes checking out their appliances. Each time i was met with professional staff memeber who are knowledgeable about the products and services. Daniel advised he could have my new appliance delivered within 2 days and he was not kidding. The professionals showed up. Carefully unloaded the item and installed it. The company was called ryder and the gentleman where very fast and communicable

Was able to get a washer and dryer quick and easy. Walked up to what I wanted and was helped immediately without having to ask for it. Associate walked me through everything I was paying for and warranty questions. I will be shopping here again for sure with that kind of service.

I bought a zz plant for 12 a dracaena for 10 and a little salvageable fern for 4.50 while the aldis uo the road was having a plant sale for 14ea so I'm happy to report all of those are thriving now and I love rescuing plants from Lowe's

I went in the store today and I was needing help in several departments- I'm remodeling my house, I needed help and I found nobody to help me not one person- the only people I seen were at the register and they were too busy checking people out to help me.

We bought carpet in April to be installed in June. We got the estimate from the 3rd party installer and went to pay. They were running a special and got another 10% off. The trainee also gave us a rebate form that he said would give us a $250 gift card. I got home and started filling it out and it was tile only. I call the store manager and he said there was no carpet rebate and he talked to the trainee. A few weeks later we scheduled the install for late June. The day comes and no one had confirmed, even through I called the 3rd party installer and the store. Same trainee answered the phone and said Alan the manager was out but would give him my # to call me. Cynthia the person that sold us the carpet was also out and the trainee was alone. 4pm comes around and I call again. Apparently trainee said he forgot to give Alan my name and # and he still knew nothing. I finally get a text from the installer that they would be there between 8-10am. Now come day of and it's 10am not installer. Text installer, call installer, call Lowes and no answers. Finally get a call from Lowes and they said they'd try to get ahold of the installer. Finally installer text at 11am and says the text should have said 9am-11am. Installer Finally shows up at 1pm. No excuse why they are so late no apology. Never did get another call or text from Lowes or Installer. Not good customer service.Edit: I tried calling customer service 3 separate times. Twice was disconnected after waiting for 30 minutes, the third time I finally got through after waiting about 45 minutes. I spoke to customer care, they apologized and said let me get you over to the install department. I spoke to the install department. I told them the exact same story again, and they said oh, we don't deal with any of that, we just deal with install. We can't help you. You will have to call customer care who transferred you to us, or you can call the store. I told them I'd already called both of those places and had gotten nowhere. So apparently, Lowe does not care about customer service or their customers. Please pull the recorded calls and listen to them. Terrible customer service!!Update - called twice and got no where. You said talk to the store again. I tried and they said call corporate, so basically none of you care.
