I was late filing for my taxes, just flat forgot. I made an appointment online to file in person. It was the best experience. The lady that helped me was so nice and helpful. I have never had such a pleasant experience filing my taxes. I would highly recommend Liberty Tax. I know that is who I will be using this year for sure!

Was told by one person that we were probably going to get a bigger return by having the solar panels installed in2021, but low and behold thaws not to happen. The solar panels rebate is a scam when you get them payed off the day they finish.

Not impressed With the service. I call about the rapid refund. Oh yeah we do them. Asked about a minimum amount to qualify for the rapid refund, answer I got on the phone was no. Get to the office and the answer was different after you sat around for over an hour. Asked afterward about time frame on the refund. Answer: they have been issuing them out in less than a week. Well I’m going on 2 weeks and lie #2. I will not be using their services ever again.

I am so thankful for Liberty Tax Service for helpingme with my taxes. This was my first year of having someone due my taxes and I am thankful. Great customer services and very knowledgeable of taxes!

Evenly was amazing…she broke everything down from every aspect of my taxes. Considering how long I was taking on my end, she was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I went from paying on thousands of dollars to receive a couple thousands with her expertise and knowledge. I’ll be forever grateful and continue to bring my taxes to liberty taxes.
