I purchased a 2018 Ford Expedition from Shawn at Lauberts in October of 2023. I have had nothing but issues since the purchase. When I bought the vehicle it was missing two trim pieces that cover the gap in the floor when the third row is folded down. It’s a large gap that covers metal pieces that move as the seats fold up and down, dangerous to have open around kids and a huge bother to load and unload items. Shawn assured me the trim pieces were on order and would be there by the end of the week, and then the next week, and then still waiting. Well, it’s 5 months later and I have no trim covers and he has not communicated with me. I have called him multiple times and it’s always the same answer, “yeah, I’ve been working on it! I need to check again but I just checked recently.” The managers refuse to buy new trim pieces due to cost so he is supposed to be searching for used ones. Within 20 miles of me driving the vehicle after signing papers I realized the drivers door lock didn’t work at all and the check engine light came on. my mechanic scanned it and it showed both catalytic converters were bad and needed replaced. Shawn said his mechanics would take care of the lock and scan to see what they found for the check engine. They decided it only needed one catalytic converter replaced despite the report i had printed showing both. The mechanic claimed they couldn’t get the parts for 30 days but would keep trying to get it sooner. My mechanic called one ford parts dealer and had the converters 24 hours later in the shop. At this point I did not trust Lamberts since the availability of the parts was not true and my mechanic explained that they had most likely already cleared codes and tried to sell the vehicle anyway as both catalytic converters going bad suddenly 20 miles after I began driving it doesn’t add up. I have 3 water leaks in the vehicle, also the passenger door doesn't close well and makes loud air noise on highways. There is another noise that sounds like it suddenly starts sucking air but the first fix didn’t work. I now have thousands of dollars spent in repairs. Absolutely the worst vehicle buying experience from Lauberts Auto Sales. I’ve bought 17 vehicles since I began driving and this one has had the most issues along with a dealership not even honoring the trim pieces they promised to have the same week I bought the vehicle.

Absolutely one of the greatest vehicle purchases I've experienced! The owners are great and friendly. Worked miracles to get me financed, I couldn't believe the process was going to be so easy!

My son and I went to buy a specific VW car he picked out at Laubert’s and it was super easy, quick and no pressure! Everything worked out in our favor. All sales do not include a warranty and unfortunately the check engine light came on as soon as we got home that night, but they got us right in the very next morning and got everything fixed (luckily just a sensor) and took care of us!!! Drives like a dream, we couldn’t be happier and will definitely recommend Laubert’s! Love the family dynamic instead of typical dealerships!

These guys were awesome! Knowledgeable, patient, easy to work with. They even came in on a day they were closed so I could purchase the vehicle I wanted! The car itself appears to be a good buy as well, and I was able to get an extended warranty with no hassle! Financing was also incredibly easy, even with not good credit!
