Not a great experience!A person should at least say Hello to you, even if you dont speak there language it's called a SMILE!Now that I think about it, there was absolutely no one there, I should have paid closer attention. And no rinse on my feet from callous removal to exfoliating... a learning lesson today. So NANA to LaNails

Horrible experience horrible customer service I go at 12pm to get me and my niece manicure and the man working there told me I don't have time goodbye without an explanation. I said you don't close until 7pm he replied I still don't have time for you. Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful

He did my nails and I didn’t like them and I still paid $25. I told him I wanted them fixed and he tried to charge me another $35 and he started raising his voice at me. Won’t be spending my money here ever again.Service: Nail painting

The purple color is fine, what I picked out. I had wanted a yellow color with it. The original color I picked apparently faded (his words) from the sun and looked more grayish orange. I told him I wanted more of a yellow color, so he got some other color and it looked nude. Third time, the yellow in the pic is what I ended up with. I am happy with the color, but the quality is TERRIBLE!!! The more I have looked at my nails, the more I see wrong. Two nails on my left hand aren’t shaped correctly or even the same length as the other nails. He nicked one finger (he apologized when I showed him - it happens, but it just adds the less than acceptable quality. The dip polish is ragged and just messy. I don’t live in Jeff City, so will need my regular salon shape these up and make them presentable.One other thing to note. Salons were very busy today. This was the third one I tried. There were two people working, when I asked if they could fit me in. He said yes. A woman of color came in after me and he said they were too busy today to fit anyone else in. 10 minutes later, two white women came in and wanted manis and pedis. He said ok. Several minutes later, he turned away another person of color. I asked why, he said because schools have prom. It didn’t address him taking me as a walk-in and two other whites women.Service: Dip powder

The man was very friendly but nail quality on the other hand was terrible! I still have left over paint on my new nails that I did not catch until after they were done also they were very rough while doing them.

The lady is nice and patient. The male has a attitude problem, rude, gives dirty looks to customers and arrives late multiple times. I will not go to this place AGAIN, WORSE NAIL PLACE!
