One of the best storage places near Jefferson City. Great prices, easy to work with! No hassle getting set up! I've been using Knepp Storage for a year now and I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. They are also easy to get a hold of and they keep their units well maintained!

After my car accident where I had double compound fractures I was in the hospital for over 40 days having multiple surgeries I fell behind on my storage bill. At first I thought Perry Knepp was working with me to try to help me but I soon found out this was not the case. I just wanted to get my stuff out of storage I had a little bit of money to pay him for the back storage fees but he said that he would take the lock off my locker and I could come get my stuff and we're even. He went on to send me text messages about what it means to be a good person and doing good in life. When I got to my storage shed many of my things were missing big things that would have been seen coming in and out of that place such as a 24-foot aluminum extendable ladder a leather and hardwood office desk chair, case of Awesome cleaner, and a folding round table, and many other things I probably don't even know about yet. I reached out to Perry and explain to him that I do not care about the rest of the stuff but the leather office chair was my wife's mother's and she had recently passed away and I needed it back. And he refuses to talk to me about it or contact me about it. I know that he went in there and got my stuff. From the outside you might look like some role model small business man but truth be known youre a snake.

This is a decent storage nice and remote. The access is steep and not great for large trailers, also the area seems always wet not inside the storage but where you park the ground always has puddles which is not ideal. Also some of the units it seems people tried cutting the locks because they are bent and it makes it hard to move the latch. The units are very clean and the staff is wonderful though, it's a decent storage for a decent price.

The owner was tremendous to work with. He provided exactly what we were needing as we transitioned from 1 house to another. The location worked great for what we were needing as well.
