Was told it would be $120 to fix the back glass on my daughter’s iPhone, then he charged me $145. Whatever. A few weeks after he “repairs” the phone, we start getting a message that the battery is not recognized as a genuine iPhone part, and the phone shuts down every 2 to 5 minutes randomly. So he gives me some lame excuse for why it’s doing that, and refuses to make it right. This was not an old junker phone when I brought it in, but it is now. This guy has no idea what he’s doing. Don’t trust him with your electronics. - Update, after posting this review Guadalupe told me he is not fixing the phone because I gave him a bad review. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with this guy. He's not a businessman and he definitely has no business taking your electronics apart.
Update: as of 8/13/24, this review has 462 views. Seems like it would be cheaper to make your mistakes right, doesn’t it Guadalupe? Enjoy that $145 you ripped me off for. ?

Needed a phone screen replaced and this guy came in clutch. He had the phone screen the next day as promised, and the service was provided in the time frame he promised. Phone is good as new. Price was extremely reasonable considering the speed of the service. He's honest and does great work. He charged me exactly what he quoted me (added tax of course) and has literally earned a lifetime customer, as long as I live here anyway. Support this small business folks!

The owner/manager seems very knowledgeable. I have found him to be fair and honest. If you ask his advice, he will advise whether it is cost effective to repair your phone. Nice fella.

I went in with a cracked iPhone 13 pro max screen. The repair guy took off my screen protector and showed me it was cut through. Much easier to replace a protector for $25 than a $300+ screen replacement. I really appreciate the honesty.

Ruined my daughters phone and has given every excuse in the book for 6 months. Since August!! Look at the dates in pics. I have tons and tons of messages. He ordered the wrong part twice. I’ve given him every opportunity to make it right, and unfortunately now have to go through the legal system. Looks like this won’t be his first rodeo. I have been getting multiple messages from people about how he has done the same thing to many others.

This is not Alanna. This is her brother. I speak English. Do you? Do you see your bad reviews and your responses to them? You need to wake up! As a business owner you make things right. Enough about the one man show and this or that. You are a business owner so act like it. Get her phone back to her and have it fixed. That's the bottom line. Stop responding like a child with excuses. Be a man and own your company.
