The medical clinic isn't on yelp so I'm leaving it here. My dad went here for something in his eye, they checked him out and said his eye was fine. The next day he went to his primary care doctor and he said he had shards of metal in his eye and it was scratching his cornea. Don't come here

Done shopping at Hy-Vee. Went to buy some groceries the other night. Went to the onlyche kout open that had cashier. After putting my groceries on the belt and getting my money out, I was informed the only way to pay cash after 9pm is at self checkout. CASHier seemed surprised I didn't want my items. Told her I was not interested in gathering up my items and moving them to another lane where I had to check myself out when they had an employee right there that was paid to do that job andi left. HyVee not only lost a sale that night, they list a customer for good. I will shop where cash paying customers are appreciated.

What is the point of an appointment at the pharmacy if you end up waiting in a line and then seeing the doctor in order of those who walked in. Total wait time: 39minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

I went to purchase an arrangement today for a stranger and the young lady who helped me was so considerate and helpful. I liked an arrangement in the cooler and she worked to freshen it up. It only took a few moments. I will definitely be back.

My flowers were forgotten about they didn’t have the right vase I left my number twice for a manager to call me back because they stated I’d be reimbursed 2 weeks later no call I will never use again

Ordered my mom flowers for her birthday and the website said they'd be delivered from 1 to 5 the flowers didn't get there until 7:45. We ordered a chocolate addiction cupcake to be sent along with the flowers and the cupcake arrived flipped upside down and the box broken. The picture of the flowers had daisys which are my mom's favorite but the actual arrangement was just carnations and mum's. Floral workers were very unhelpful but the assistant manager from another department was extremely helpful and nice.

Have used Hyvee floral several times and today will probably be the last. I don't know when it became acceptable to respond to "thank you" with "uh huh" in a very condescending tone but apparently it's ok to do so there. I get it, you're busy but I also want to spend my money there.
