By far one of the most informed car salesman I have spoked with. Doni was able to answer all my questions my wife and I had. He took the time to teach us about all the features of the car we looked at. There was no push and no sneaky sales pitch. He was just himself while showing us the products. If you are looking for a car in Jefferson City I would highly recommend Doni at Jefferson City Honda! You won't be disappointed.

We went in and found a truck we wanted on a Tuesday. We had just closed at the bank on a 100k home equity loan and the funds would be in our checking that Friday. We offered them a thousand dollars cash to hold the truck for 4 days. They said no and told us to go get a loan for 4 days and pay it off on Friday. They texted next morning saying someone else was coming to look at it. We told them to sell it to someone else and we went elsewhere and bought one at a different dealership that WOULD take our cash and hold until Friday. Low and behold we were contacted by Jefferson City Honda on Friday asking if we were coming into buy it! We will never buy a vehicle there!! I felt sorry for the salesman. He was a sweet guy and it wasn't his fault. The manager was arrogant and obviously didn't care. They lost a sale by being jerks.

Stay away. Liars, theives, cheats, rude.Purchased a used vehicle with agreed apon price with service. Came back the next day to pay and pick it up. They refused to honor the agreement or even acknowledge the deal after the money was transfered. The vehical was sent back 3 times to get detailed. I took the car home with hand prints on the dash and doors it was so dusty. Took it to get a safety inspection the supposedly passed and spend over $1,000 making repairs. They are not looking for repeat customers. Worse car buying experience ever. The salesman are so crooked they should be in jail!I won't buy a car in jeffereson city just in case one of them got a job on another sales lot.

Went there to get work done on my honda accord and it's also where I bought the car at. I will never do business there again it took them a week and a half to change out wheel bearing, a speed sensor and a brake modulator. Then when I finally get my car back there is damage to the door and pillar and top of the car. I ask about it, Tyler swetnam tries to make it right by talking to his bosses to fix it. They say it's not their problem and that their not liable for the car even if it's on their lot. They let the car sit outside every night it was there and even on the weekend. proceeds to tell me it's on the service bill which I read the whole bill there is not one mention of their liability on the paperwork. So it seems to me that they don't care about the customer, they don't have cameras on the building for security of any vehicles and they just leave cars vulnerable and it takes to long to fix a car with the right parts.

nobody should buy a car here. The service we received when getting my car 8 months ago was awful and the finance guy had a huge ego. They didn’t clean the car well at all and I asked them to send it back to the detailer before I picked it up, when they did they just put armor all all over the pedals and tires. That was all frustrating, but I was excited to be getting my car. 8 months down the road I was driving down the highway and the front axel slid out (because it didn’t fit perfectly), potentially ruining the transmission in the process. Honda admits that they replaced this axel with an after market part right before they sold it to me, but will not take any responsibility in having it repaired. Also, because they used an after market part the factory warranty is no longer useful for the repair. Honda could have went through Volkswagen warranty to repair this axel, but instead they threw in a cheap part to get it off the lot.

Saturday the Salesman was great! However, the Manager had a terrible attitude, and a smart mouth! Was going to buy a $30,000 car and you blew that!!! I feel bad for the Salesman that lost the sale because of the Manager!We were supose to get an email as well from Manager and Nothing!

I just want to give a big shout out to the staff over at Honda of Jefferson City. I was looking at a used CR-V and I drove 3 hours to come see it. The car was exactly what I wanted. It had one owner and aside from som minor repairs was in immaculate condition. The repair team there had taken the time to make sure the car was up and running great. It needed a new fuel injector and they hadn’t received the part yet, so they were up front about it and saw to getting it fixed.There was a good size scratch on the front bumper and I asked if they could just touch it up with some make up paint. They told me that they didn’t like the way the make up paint looked after they had done that and so they did some really excellent paint matching.That took 2 days to finish touching up the car and so they went out of their way to make sure I got the car 3 hours away.The whole team there went above and beyond for me every step of the way. I’m especially grateful for Justin S! He was helpful, communicative, and he made sure that my experience was great. I got way more than I expected and I’m very appreciative. Thank you all.

I've always had a love-hate relationship with dealerships. I previously bought a vehicle here in 2021 and now had a scenario where I needed to sell a vehicle. I received an e-mail from Robert Lowthen who helped me start the whole process. Robert embodies the epitome of extraordinary customer service. From what I needed to happen, and from the powers vested in him, we were able to close a deal in favor of both powers, with him even going out of his way to fit my schedule. I firmly believe that Robert will take care of you and your needs to the best of your abilities, and leave you walking out with a smile. I wish I could do more to show my appreciation but, please make a trip down to see Robert if you need something from this dealer.

Great experience at this location. Dealing with Sean Hardy to find the right vehicle couldn’t have been better. He helped us get what we were looking for. Also Mike Sullivan was awesome in helping us get the paperwork and the rest of the process completed. Great group of people ,definitely recommend checking this place out!

I was very impressed with the dealership, specifically the finance guy (Business Manager) Wagnor. He diligently worked to get my freshly minted 18 year old financed by himself on a 2022. He didn't prejudge the situation and he didn't give up. He got him a great rate considering his total lack of credit. He got him an approval with Honda Motor credit! Having done lots of car deals this guy really was different and it was quite refreshing.

I went in to see if I was ready to buy a vehicle and they seemed friendly and acted like they’re doing their best to find the best reasonable price or APR, but in reality they’re very stuck up. I expressed that I didn’t think the price was reasonable and they were trying to give me a 24% apr which is ridiculous. Instead of working with me they completely cut me off and didn’t want to sale me a car. They had told me if I didn’t like the offer I could let them know and they would give me other options, but they didn’t. They seem very entitled and petty which is weird of them to be so and unprofessional.

Our salesman, Craig Bond, was so very helpful and with Mike Sullivan's financing expertise, they were able to help out two people in desperate need of a vehicle ASAP. The process wasn't easy for them but they were professional and made sure we got what we needed within the day. We can't recommend this dealer more. We will be back when we're buying again.
