I scheduled a service appointment for a recall I received from Honda for 1:00 on a Saturday. I arrived and was told to go back out and bring my car into the shop. I waited while the technician got off the phone which made it about 1:15 and then was told it was too late for them to complete the appointment because they close on Saturday at 2:00 and they needed an hour. The reason was listed on my SCHEDULED appointment, and I had driven over 45 minutes to get there.

Bought a pre-owned Mazda CX-5 from Travis and Bruce. I inquired online and they did a great job of giving me all the information I needed before I made the 2+ hour drive to come see it. Once I arrived, I inspected the vehicle, took it on a test drive, and started the paperwork. I arrived an hour before they closed, and they still did not rush the process at all. Everything was very clear and well explained to me. I had some bad experiences car shopping at other dealerships, so I really appreciate the way this dealership conducts business. They even got me a better financing rate than I could find on my own, with better terms as well. Overall, I highly recommend and thank you Travis and Bruce!

AWESOME place to have your vehicle serviced! Sadly had an alternator go out and an issue with a battery cable. Had my car towed there around 11am and it was completely finished, with an oil change by 4:30pm! I can’t even express how pleased I was with the service I received! ?
