I purchased a used refrigerator and paid for it upfront before scheduled delivery. When it was time for delivery they kept wanting to put it off. Finally when they delivered the fridge the one delivery guy did not have any of the tools needed to remove the doors. Then the handles started falling off. He told me to just glue the handle back on. I paid for delivery and he asked if he could just leave the fridge on the porch. I ended up canceling the full purchase and asked for a full refund. This business needs additional help to help the owners son who can not handle his job!!

Got a good new washer here. Facility is a bit off- putting and some conflicting info between staff, (it's a family owned business) but all in all a good experience, great delivery and installation guy who was not family
