“I purchased new phones from the Kiosk at Sam's club. Unfortunately, that location was unable to transfer my data from my S23+ to my new I Phone 17 Pro. As a last ditch effort I went to this T Mobile location on Missouri Blvd. Ashton and Robert had the transfer initiated within minutes of my arrival. They were professional, personable, and courteous. They went above and beyond the call of duty and remained in store with me an hour after they closed to ensure my new phone was set up properly and the transfer was complete. As a retired military member, I appreciate their sacrifice. You don't find good customer service like they provided very often these days. Hat's off to these gentlemen.”

Throughout the years, many of the faces have changed, but their professionalism and the knowledge, of their products, has only gotten better. They absolutely stand behind their work and have your back if anything goes wrong or you're just not happy with what you have purchased. They are always making sure I'm satisfied with the items that I'm in the process of purchasing and always making sure if I have everything I need. So far I bought a mattress with the frame and a entertainment center that has an electric fireplace. Now I'm purchasing a really awesome big Bluetooth speaker from them. 100% recommended Arona.”
