Like every dollar general I’ve been to it’s a mess.Went in one time and the cashier asked if we wanted our pennys back. Then sighed and got frustrated when we said yes and she had to break more out.Today we went in and the moment I walked in someone yells from the counter you can’t have that in here. It was my baby’s diaper bag which I’ve had inside numerous times before.

Two weeks ago I went to this location to load my netspend card an woman refused to help me told me to do it myself. Then today my husband went there to get oil for my car. Same woman was waiting on 2 customers in front of him in line. When it was his turn she told him she was going outside for a cigarette do it himself. When he told he he couldn't he needed her assistance she ask was he stupid ignored him and went outside. This used to be a really good place to stop. In the last 3 months or has become a terrible place to shop. It is also dirty and and the employees are rude and their appearance is not well kept. Needs to be reviewed by company supervisors

I really don't have anything good to say about this Dollar General store. When I visited this store back on October 24,2022 I was very disappointed. The store was a mess. I believe there were at 3 people working that day too. But they were supposedly re stocking the shelves too. But the store it was very disorganized. It doesn't take 3 people to restock. Prices wasn't on certain things on the shelves. Store floor was pretty dirty it didn't look like anyone had swept or mopped the floor in a while. The trash can was almost over the top with receiptsand had to stand in the self checkout line because no employee was wanting to assist the people waiting in line. I haven't visited this store in a long time back when I lived in Jefferson city it was one of the first ones to open up. And I don't remember it being this bad I used to shop at this location a lot. Now that I live in a smaller town my Dollar General in Stover Mo is immaculate compared to it. I am very impressed on how well our small town Dollar General employees work so hard to get the job done and keep the store looking nice too. And even for a small town the store is busy most of the time because of the lake traffic that comes through all year long. Every one that works at my Dollar General in Stover Mo, does a fantastic job. I hope to see some improvement in this store the next time I go. I know that there is one employee that is still there after all these years and you would think he would take more pride in his job instead of letting the store be this bad. I can't give this store a good rating.

The lady at the front today was quite rude. I asked if they had a bathroom. She said no.I've shopped with my kids here before and taken them to the bathroom there. You have to have a key.I just don't understand what the issue was. I could have bought something but she was so rude I just walked back out. I will never shop at this location again.

I like to go to the Dollar General but it seems like the store is not being stalked I'm in boxers not on the Shelf I will say that I went down in the last 6 months I still love the people
