“As with any Ross, I found something I couldn't live without. This one was set up a little differently than I am used to, but had ask the same great stuff. It was great to find it in a mall that really didn't have very many other stores.”
“Despite limited selection for grocery items, Target has way higher quality products for everything else Walmart has to offer. Unlike Walmart, it seems they at least do background checks on their employees and are very pleasant to work with.”

“The store was busy as it's one week before Christmas but staff was stalking & staff at the registers were friendly & working steadily! I looked at the clock as I got into the long line to checkout was 6 minutes.I just came from Ross & the wait was about 30 minutes. There was helpful staff there also just a much longer wait”

“My first time shopping at Jefferson City Kohls was Dec 23, 2023. I had some great deals, so I went back on Dec 24 to do more shopping. The items I bought on Dec 24 were from the 70% clearance section. All went well until I got to checkout. The lady attending to me removed the 70% marked down prices for 2 items and charged me prices higher than displayed on the items. I didn't realize the change in price until I got home. I thought the best thing she could have done was to tell me the 2 items were wrongly priced and then let me know their actual prices and ask me if I still want to purchase them. She didn't do that. I was really disappointed.”
“Wow! Until a few days ago, I had only ever been here on the dollar days. (My nine-year-old LOVES dollar days!) I was never really impressed with what he got, but he enjoyed it, so I took him. But, wow... I visited the store earlier this week, and it was a NIGHT AND DAY difference. I believe we were there on the $4 day. I was blown away at the things I snagged for 4 freakin dollars. I'll be at the store tomorrow to check out the $7 day! Super cool place, great quality, and nice staff!! I used to work for Jean and Carey. I'm so happy to see the store thriving. ❤️”

“Great prices compared to full retail. It's my understanding that if an item doesn't sell at their retail store, it marked down and sent to the clearance center in the Jefferson City Mall. I recently purchased two caps with a retail value of $80 and paid less than $30 for both.”

“I remember them from when I was a kid in the 50's and they were in their original store. I loved going there. The staff is friendly and helpful plus they have a better selection of goods than Orschelns did.”
