I had discovered this morning that both of my break lights had gone out. I called Custom Complete and they said to stop by with the bulbs and they would put them in for me (with my vehicle, you have to take out a few bolts in order to get to the bulbs, which I myself couldn't do) I pulled in and they went straight to work. I was in and out in less than an hour, and when I asked how much it would cost for the service they said don't even worry about it and didn't charge me for the time. The customer service was absolutely amazing even for something so minor and the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind. I will definitely consider them if I'm ever in need of assistance again and recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you for your help!

These guys are the best auto shop in town. Very professional and family friendly atmosphere. I’m glad I took my car there for service. Very inexpensive.

The young man at the front desk was polite and friendly very professional! I took my truck in for a fuel filter change and the check engine light. They changed the fuel filter and called and recommended replacing the spark plugs, plug wires, rotor, distributor cap cost would be 900$. I decided to do that my self went to Napa bought the parts for 190$ took me about 2 hours to change the parts.

I had my 04 Yukon breakdown just out of side of Jeff city at 5 AM on a Thursday . Managed to get a tow truck and they took me to complete automotive. I was able to leave the vehicle with them and they were able to get it fixed And help me arrange pick up on a Sunday night. These guys were awesome. We were able to complete our trip and they kept us informed the entire time. Thank you.

Got my car in for its inspection right away and out in no time. The personnel (man) at the front desk had perfect customer service skills. I’ve had great service every time I’ve came in.

Brought my 2011 Acura MDX in for several routine PMs. Pricing was very reasonable and my vehicle was ready as promised. More important to me was that mgr Justin Allen patiently answered my unrelated maintenance questions and also gave me ideas and contacts where to bring my vehicle in for body shop work. All conversations I felt that I was the only customer he had but knew he was very busy.

Went in for an oil change and fuel injector cleaning. Not only were the fast, they are super nice up there! I can't remember the guy's name that was at the front desk, but he was great answering all my questions and chatting while I waited. Will definitely be going there for future vehicle stuff!

Extremely professional, very polite. Took time to deal with me as if I was the only customer by answering any questions. While I was waiting, people came in and they were right there immediately. Very friendly and polite. I can honestly say I have never been to a business so organized and dedicated to their costumer. This will be my only stop from now on.
