Kaytlyn helped me fix my text messages not sending! She was so nice and helpful, i had multiple phone calls to cricket support and had no luck. Then I came to the store and Kaytlyn got it fixed right up! Will definitely recommend cricket and her for anyone having issues, wanting to switch carriers, or just need a new phone.
