Overall, had an amazing experience here as a first time car buyer! Heather made the process seamless by helping me find a beautiful car within my price range. She was kind, knowledgeable of the vehicles, and has outstanding customer service. Will definitely be returning to purchase more cars in the future! Stay away. Liars, theives, cheats, rude.Purchased a used vehicle with agreed apon price with service. Came back the next day to pay and pick it up. They refused to honor the agreement or even acknowledge the deal after the money was transfered. The vehical was sent back 3 times to get detailed. I took the car home with hand prints on the dash and doors it was so dusty. Took it to get a safety inspection the supposedly passed and spend over $1,000 making repairs. They are not looking for repeat customers. Worse car buying experience ever. The salesman are so crooked they should be in jail!I won't buy a car in jeffereson city just in case one of them got a job on another sales lot.

Garland Dickson and Mike Sullivan are absolutely AWESOME! They didn't ask for this review but they absolutely deserve this! They both worked super hard to get me into the car I wanted and didn't give up till they got the car into my budget. These guys earned my business again and definitely my trust!

**Update** While the sales department was great to deal with… the word “great” stops there. I live two hours away and on the way home with the explorer we purchased I noticed a misfire when I accelerated, then codes started flashing. Tried calling the dealership and left a message but didn’t get a call back. We bought a service contract so decided to take it to another closer dealership to fix it and they couldn’t do anything since the check engine light wasn’t currently on. We spend an extra $85 a month just for this sales contract warranty and they won’t even fix it. It’s a nightmare. 3 weeks later we’re stuck with a vehicle that doesn’t even drive right and the dealership hasn’t been helpful. My husband and I bought an SUV today and had the best salesperson, LaRon Wallace! Thank you for going above and beyond to help us, and making the process easy. We won’t hesitate to come back for future needs!

Stay away from this dealership! I took the day off work and drove 4 hours to purchase a used Nissan Altima. I talked to the salesman several times and he assured me the car was as advertised. I couldn't believe it when I saw the car; it was covered with hail damage. We are talking about hundreds of pings all over the car. Their pictures on line didn't show this and it was listed as no damage. I was beyond upset and they didn't offer any explanations for this deception at the dealership. When I got home I sent a message to the GM explaining my disappointment. He called me and said he was going to rectify the situation and put me in a special metric system to find the car I wanted. It's been over 2 months and I am still waiting..............Run! Don't walk away from this dealership. They give Honda a bad name!

My "new" Honda CRV late purchase 2019 had 27000 miles on it and the transmission went out. They told me a new transmission would be installed then they said it would be a reburbished transmission. Service is unresponsive and ignorant. Get a call from a sales man saying for$7000 more they can put me in a new Honda. Why the hell would I buy a vehicle from them when they clearly don't stand behind what they already sold you. If you are smart I would stay away from this place. Word of mouth goes a long way.
