They were very helpful when we bought our washer and dryer but now that we need a repair I can’t get anyone to answer my calls or call me back. My dryer isn’t very old. The only option given is to leave messages. I wish I could speak to a repair person directly. I need my dryer fixed!

While I love our new washer and dryer, when it was hooked up by Coleman, they managed to hook the drain hose into the spout that went to the wall cavity instead - flooding our basement as well as our kitchen and laundry room. Mistakes happen, right? The guy who did it (who was still there at the time it happened) was incredibly apologetic.Coleman? Not so much. Not only were we made to feel we were a complete inconveinience to them, they waited a week to file the claim with insurance and we STILL have yet to receive contact from the insurance person regarding this claim at all. $1,000s of dollars in damage later and not ONE apology from the business except for the technican. We were put out of our house for 2 days with our 3 kids in a hotel and when I asked to have the room extended for a day because the drying equipment was not ready to be taken down, the business manager was VERY rude and told me "Her adjuster advised against it, but she went ahead and extended it anyways."Will never purchase appliances from here again, not due to the mistake on the tech's part, but soley on the mishandling of their mistake and customer service.

Very trustworthy. I went in ready to buy a new dishwasher after spending half a day tearing apart, cleaning and working on my dishwasher that would not drain. Salesperson at Coleman indicated I did not need a new dishwasher and recommended that I run a half bottle of white vinegar thru wash cycle. WOW! It worked wonders. Saved me the expense of a repair service call or purchasing a new dishwasher. This is the reason, we have bought all our appliances there.

Please do not support this business. As an employee of a major appliance manufacturer I tried to help support Janna as a small business owner. Not only did she not appreciate my efforts, she allowed me, an employee to lose my job when I was trying to help her and the store out. She promised she would go to bat for me, but LITERALLY DID NOTHING TO HELP ME GET MY JOB BACK. Her response was "well I am sorry" Well sorry does not cut it. I lost my job in the middle of a pandemic, and it destroyed my career. So if you are thinking about supporting a "LOCAL" business do not bother. Her and the owner have ZERO regard for people trying to help their business, so my advice is got to LOWE'S or HOME DEPOT. Janna did not care I lost my job, was a single mother, and in the middle of a horrible divorce. I was trying to save her money on freight, and she never attempted to fix the situation. So if she treats someone who is trying to help her like this, she is more than likely putting the screws to her customers!COLEMAN APPLIANCES IS THE WORST!!!GO TO LOWE'S!!!!!

the worst customer service in jefferson city! if you buy a brand new appliance from them and 4 days later it quits working they will do the opposite of help you get it fixed or replaced!
