I placed any order and have been waiting for a while now. I called up to the store to see if my order had been received and the person who pick up the phone acted like she doesn't know what is going on in life. Wasn't any help what so ever. But yet have charged my account and nobody can tell me anything on when my order is going to be delivered. Horrible service

Ordered delivery for TWO items. DoorDash brought one. Asked him where the second item was he said it was Casey's problem. Drove to Casey's after paying the delivery fee and they informed me "we've been waiting on someone to pick it up." UMMM..... he picked up the 1st of TWO whole items so clearly you acknowledged him. Casey's offered to remake it after I said I didn't want hour and a half old food. I asked for a refund and was refused...why? Because it's DoorDash. Anybody see what's wrong here? I left with no food and no refund. It's being reported as fraudulent. No goods or services, no payment.....that's 101.
I'm more than a good customer....have gone there twice a day for years. NEVER AGAIN.

Buyer beware! Signs all over parking lot and door for 99 cent fountains and and frozen drinks. Rang up 1.39 each. When questioned it, I was told they were just put up must not be for a few more days.
False advertising. There is no date posted.
The girl working the front cash register was rude.

Apparently both cooks have to go hold hands or something during break time because no one was there to start my order half an hr before I got there? very disappointed. The experience gets worse every time I go there to the point I don't think I'll go back.

The Employees r very kind n very helpful.....its gets a lil busy but even when busy I have no complaints! They help everyone as quick as they can n even when I would have anxiety from all the people ...if they ever get anxiety they never show it! Keep up the great work guys!

Today was the worst experience at this caseys ever. It's Thursday, October 12th at 4:34 PM. There are people outside of the store, no one inside the store and I ask for half-and-half to be refilled. And I'm told she doesn't have time right now. But there's no one in the store. I'm sitting outside the store still no one in the store. I guess it's too much in Jefferson City To ask someone to do their job? I've neverBeen to a casey's that didn't accommodate.

Usually chips are crumbled up and not a few soggy chips on top!First time I have EVER got my pizza like this from any other Casey’s! I called to talk to manager and the Manager laughed and said “that’s how it’s supposed to be done, I’m sorry” and laughed again! Terrible store and terrible customer service!

Hands down the nicest people working there in the city! Especially the guys who make the pizzas! If they miss something on your order they go above and beyond to correct it and very customer friendly!
