(No kidding) Military clean facility! Friendly staff! They even rent U-hauls. Give them a try! You will appreciate the "Mom and Pop" feel that you get there!”
“The gentleman who runs this location is amazing and goes above and beyond, very pleasant to work with. He knew the predicament I was in am took great care of my husband and I. The unfortunate part was the outsourced call center. They hung up on me three times, were incredibly rude, and made me feel like they didn't want to bother with me. I will never call and speak to them but I would recommend family and friends to Shawn, the man who runs the shop. Thank you so much for all of your help Shawn! “Great customer service. I had a slight issue as the only filter that I chose was # of seating (went back and forth between 7 or 8 seats) Thr website said that a premium SUV would accommodate 8 but actually speaking with an agent where I was picking up they would only clear it for 7. The corporation needs to make clear and precise details on the website. As far as the assistance of the human employees at the center they were awesome!!”

“We always rent in Budget. The computer was down early in the morning. But the man who served us was nice and efficient. Another staff member who walked in to work didn't even acknowledge people there. I hate when people don't say hello to coworkers and customers.”
