I have lived here for 7 months. The management Mark and Sherry are awesome (from day 1)!The maintenance Jason and Aaron are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this management company. They go above and beyond for their tenants. I love ? living here.

Other than the lack of laundry service (all the dryers in the complex have been down for eight months) the properties are fitting for their price range.

I like shopping at Moses. It's location is easy to access and it offers vegetables and meats at a reasonable price. It's one of the places I would recommend to grocery shop

I absolutely love New Standard ...I have rented from them going on 6years now... Awesome bunch of ppl in the office..very friendly... My a/c went out at 4am last night so I got online and put in a maintenance request...thinking I was going to be without a/c for a min (going to be 99°today) and they were here at 8:15am That Morning and fixed it... I highly recommend new standard they are just great ppl.. Very trustworthy. Just a awesome place to rent from. Thanks Again New Standard property management... Keep up the great work..
