If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a great experience with Robby the car salesman. But the financial people and general manager are a joke. When going into the office the financial guy called my fiancé and I the complete wrong names. And now are stuck with a warranty that they claim takes 3 months to cancel and it has been 4 months as of today. We have had car issues with the car we bought but when going to use the warranty at the dealership they can’t even find it in their system. I am paying for a warranty that they can’t cancel nor can I use. I am being told that the cancellation system they use is backed up which is why it’s taking so long which should say something in its self. When talking to the sales rep they stated they had a warranty through CDJR as well and theirs took forever to cancel.

A month ago, my 2013 Dodge Durango was towed to Capital City CDJR because I lost all my coolant. Turns out the main hose to the radiator had just disintegrated. After a repair and check of the engine, left a happy camper. This week, exactly one month later, the same hose had issues and my daughter, who was driving the Durango in Sidney, Ohio, suddenly lost all the coolant because of the same hose. We had it towed to German CDJR in Sidney. A close inspection revealed that the hose had not been installed properly at Capital City and a hole had developed. I called Rececca at the Capital City Service Department. After dealing with the folks in Sidney, reviewing photos and video, Rebecca and her bosses realized the hose had not been properly installed, and Capital City CDJR stood behind the work, and we had it repaired at no charge. The point of this review is simple: The team at Capital City CDJR did the stand-up thing and took care of us. What more can one ask of a business? Rebecca, thanks for taking care of our family and thanks to your bosses for making this situation right.

On June 15th, I recently purchased a used vehicle from CDJR. I had nothing less than exceptional service. Jason (Sales) was great to work with and Ben Mcgrail.
They did an amazing job keeping my needs first, going above and beyond to meet all my needs in order to make my this purchase work for me. A great experience and highly recommend them! Thanks CDJR

Recently disappointed about my trip to Capital City CDJR. I found their posting online about a certified pre owned vehicle that I was very interested in. So being the dealer was almost 2 hours from me I called to verify that it was still available before making the drive. It was so I pack up my things and make the trip down to the dealer to arrive and find the vehicle is covered in hail damage. The online posting didn’t mention a single word about the hail damage and neither did the salesman Roger who I spoke with for several minutes on the phone about the vehicle (more about him in a minute). This did not give me a good impression of this dealer not being transparent with what they are selling. Since I already drove 2 hours to see the vehicle I figured I’d test drive it anyway. My sales person Roger was not knowledgeable at all on the vehicle telling me inaccurate information about the vehicle that I HAD TO CORRECT HIM ON. Or the fact any questions I had about the vehicle or warranty he didn’t know or avoided a straight answer. I do not plan to return to CDJR for future vehicle purchases and extremely don’t recommend.

The sales manager is an arrogant jackass. He needs to learn how to talk to people. Talking down to a customer after you were 100% in the wrong is no way to do business. I think if they fire the manager and get some quality leadership there, it could be a good dealership. It is easy to see that he just doesn't care.

Horrible customer service, terrible mechanics and they do not guarantee their work. Do not patronize this business. Take your money elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My sister bought a used car from them about a month ago and has had nothing but trouble since she bought it. Constant overheating a couple days after driving it off the lot. She took it back a week later and their response was “there’s nothing we can do.” 2 thermostat replacements, a radiator replacement and head gasket replacement in five weeks! AND THE WORST PART…my dad called to inform the manager of these issues and the manager’s response was “Well at least she got two weeks out of it.” SHOCKED. What kind of response is that?? We will never buy a car there again and recommend that no one else does.

I bought a vehicle 7 days ago. The vehicle died and check engine light came on. I took it back in there the next morning to have it checked out. After waiting over 2 hours I was told they didn't have a code reader for a ford and to take it to autozone to be scanned sorry there was nothing they could do. My boss called up there immediately and spoke with someone who said to bring it back up and they would scan it. They scanned it and said I would have to pay for the sensor to be fixed or go to Ford. I will never do any business with them again.
