I bought a Lincoln 2017 black label I had it a few weeks and the engine blew it was under warranty but it took several months to get back and my tires were flat spotted from sitting so long they charged me to rotate the tires when they flat spotted them they said it will work itself out it did not then check engine light came on they charged me 108 dollar deductible wt heck and Bo haven argued w me and said flat spotted tires ALWAYS works themselves out well it didn't this time whatever happened to the customer is always right dude go on the web and research

I would not recommend salesman Jacob or this dealership. I was lied too by sales person and finance guy about multiple things. Then the sales manager called me and wanted to make things right and he did nothing. Low balled my trade by 6k. Also did multiple hard pulls on my credit after telling them not to. Like I said. Go somewhere else to buy a car. These people care nothing about customer service. My personal opinion is they sold the car for a bigger profit to someone else and just wanted me to go away. I have written a detailed email to Ford Customer service of my dealings from day one so they know the games that are being played by some of their dealerships. I have text messages to prove what I say is the truth.

Was just informed that after being a 30 year customer and purchasing over 30 vehicles from this dealership they will be charging a premium on the Raptor R that I left a deposit for over a year ago! This is after I attempted to purchase a GT500 that was a month away and found out I would be paying a $10,000 premium on that! I was told I was lucky as anyone else would be paying $20,000!!!!!!!! When I expressed my hesitance to pay the premium I was told I could have my deposit back!!! They have sold me their last vehicle. Very sad that Machens has turned out this way! I Wish Mike Kehoe was still involved, he would never had left this happen!

Purchased an Expedition from Joe Machens Capital City Ford and had a great experience. I found the car on cars.com and when I called I spoke with Sara Myers. She was able to provide details about the vehicle, answered my questions, and made an "out of town" buying experience easy. Within 24 hours we were headed to Jeff City and the truck was ready to go when I arrived. Price discussions were straight forward and I received a very fair price for my trade in vehicle. Sara made the whole process enjoyable and I'd highly recommend her and the whole Joe Machens team that made this a great experience.Oh, and the service waiting area has Starbucks coffee and ICE CREAM!!!

Service Department is the worst to deal with. I have given them 3 different tries and left frustrated and mad each time. Made an appt for an oil change. Came in, waited 2 hours then was told they don't have the oil filter and asked if I could come back 2 days later. Made another appointment for them to check a noise the vehicle was making. Dropped car off at 7:45AM was never contacted all day about the car. Called and left message at 5:15 to finally get a return call at 5:29. Told 3 different people drove the car but couldn't find anything. Strange how 3 different Techs drive the vehicle yet my odometer only changed by 1 mile. I can see all the information of my vehicle on a APP. Told they only drove it in the parking lot. Asked if they could try it again in the morning. Was basically lied to because they either didn't want to mess with my vehicle or have time. Just be honest. Also what is the point of making an appointment if they don't even look at your vehicle until 5 mins before they close. Do not use them. I would ask for a manager but feel that would not make any difference. They don't seem to care if you are not satisfied with their service.

I'm highly pissed off while typing this! Attempted for 2 months to have a service check performed on my vehicle. The first time I was told I would receive a call of the time the vehicle would be scheduled to bring it in. Never received a call after 3 weeks. The second time I informed the individual that I would be requiring a loaner due to the vehicle would be there for a day, and I don't live in that city. Go to the service check on the scheduled appt. day after driving 35 minutes just to find out there was no loaner available. I had to cancel that appt. and scheled another for 2 weeks later, and requested a loaner vehicle, again. The third time was just like the second time. So, basically my time, and gas wasted. Instead of sending me messages about my appt. time, send me a message to inform me if there is a loaner available. So, I don't have to waste my time and gas. So, I wasted my gas, time, and time from work for nothing.

After leaving my car, got a text, and authorized them to fix something on the parking brake. No explanation, just had to trust them. No more info - couldn't get through on the phone. Wasted all day waiting for my car to be fixed. Finally gave up and went in. I paid $138 and nothing was done to the car. And there was no explanation of what was found on the problem I took the car in for (high voltage battery.) Worst service ever.

I have purchased several vehicles from this organization and I have not had one bad experience, very professional and courteous. I also like the fact that they are very cautious of covid-19 with offering free masks and sanitizer at the front door. I highly recommend them.
