I called to ask about my dog and the man answered and said who’s your normal vet I said weathered rock veterinary and he said I don’t work for her. The best thing I can tell you is go to her house and sit in her driveway and beat on her door, other than that, I don’t know what to tell you. I tried to tell him about the issue and he would not listen. This man was older extremely rude and hung up on me. I would give him zero stars if possible. I hope my dog makes it through the night.

VERY VERY rude man. If you’re in the business of saving animals you would think that they would try to help them. Instead, it seems that his attitude and ego prevents him from giving life saving care to animals in need. My dog was very sick and weak, tried to explain and he cut us off. I hope he has the day, week and year he deserves.

Almost killed our cat. They gave no pre-procedure instructions and our cat consumed to much food before getting fixed. He told us he was choking on his own vomit and had to be shaken by his tail to clear it. The vet then made our cat sit in his own vomit and pee for 2 and a half hours whole he watched TV. Would not recommend to any one. And yes the reviews and his attitude accurate. 1 star is probably too many.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
So my family nicely set up an appointment for me to get my cat fixed when I get there I'm waiting and as soon as I walk in I say "I really appreciate you assisting me with this today" he said "oh yeah okay you been here before" I said" no" so he filled out this little piece of paper ask me questions got rude with me when I answered them then he told me to bring my cat back and sit her there "okay we're done back there come back up front" he said very rudely I said "okay I do apologize "and he said I'll see you at 9:30 I said 9:30 we said 11:00 okay then just come pick your cat up at 11:00 I mean this veterinarian was very extremely rude and standoffish I mentioned to him and "I have a little bit anxiety about this" and he said I've been doing this this long my wife is a psychiatrist he said "just go do your meditation" and you'll be fine and he said okay cool bye I said "can I say bye to my cat" he said" no get out" I didn't move from my spot he said "sure fine come say bye to your cat and then leave" I said "sir you're being very standoffish" he's like" I'm not being standoffish you're asking all these kinds of questions I don't have time to answer" I said "sir you're giving me more anxiety about this" he says "I don't give you anxiety you're creating it on your own either come say bye to your cat and get out or take your cat and get out "!!!who says that at a Veterinary Clinic you're supposed to say everything will be fine I'll take good care of your cat and we'll see you soon but "he said get take your cat and get out" you don't say that to a customer that's having anxiety about the situation I mean this guy was rude take your animals somewhere else I took my cat and I left I did not want his old mean grubby hands on my cat who knows what he would have done if he was rude talking to me then he's going to be rude in the surgery I have never met someone more rude in my life don't go here save yourself stress and time and money

Since the name says “animal hospital” I called today to see if my in-laws dog who had been in a car accident could be seen. I was asked if it was hurt, I said yes. Well what’s wrong with it? I said I wasn’t sure but knew it was in the back end. Then he asked, who their regular vet was. When I told him, he said well I don’t work for so & so & hung up on me. RUDE is an understatement. I thought animal hospitals were in the business of helping animals. Unfortunately my in-laws lost their dog today. I am still shocked at how I was treated!

The doc is rude and disrespectful for no reason. Kept cutting me off and talking over me and told me “to get to the point” when I was trying to explain what was wrong with my cat. Don’t waste your time

Dr. Esterly has 45 years of knowledge and beats every other vet I’ve previously met. He can tell you what your pet needs, why it needs it and how it will progress in either simple or complex terms based on your understanding. Took our puppy to get spade and he told us how the previous puppy shots had been timed wrong and fixed that too. Also, he has the most reasonable prices in the area with no unnecessary additional charges to get into your wallet. He’s now are new vet! Thanks Doc!

This man. Yelled at me . He cussed at me. He even made fun of me and my Dead Mom! What ?? Yes. How unprofessional. I wish I. Would of never met him. Sure he just might be a good vet idk. But his mannor is. Rude. And down right mean and hateful. At least he was to ME. No idea. Too bad it tdidnt work out .bcuz I. Have 3 dogs. I'll drive to the moon b4 I ever go back
