UPDATE: The mgr did her best to make this right.
Not only were their prices more than other sites I checked, their were two main mishaps on the way. I went with them even tho their prices were higher because I was hoping for quality of service. That didn't happen. The computer froze during our conversation, right as the rep was trying to take my payment info. The call had continuously cut out and I would have to repeat things. The girl was very nice and called me back and we had to re-enter everything. Then, they were asked by Freeman's to have the flowers there by 7:30 the morning of the service. It was my understanding that they arrived much later than that. Then I was told that the designers take pictures of their creations. I called to see about forwarding me the picture, since I am out-of-state. I was told she would check into it and let me know. I wasn't called back. So I called again & was finally told, there was no picture taken. I told her that I was highly disappointed. I don't think I would use Busch's again. Truly a shame because growing up in Jeff, Busch's was our exclusive florist...sadly, no more.

I placed a same day order online. The order was not delivered, and the florist did not email or text or phone about any problem with delivering the bouquet. I placed the order on a Saturday, and apparently they close early and are closed on Sundays. When I contacted them on Monday, the agent told me they were planning to call me later. The driver had been unable to locate the address (even though it is available on google). the only recourse they offered me was attempting delivery of the now 2 day old oder again. Do not use Busch if it is important for your token of affection for someone to be delivered on time or maybe even at all.

Being a Jeff City native, Busch's has always been a go to spot for beautiful floral arrangements so choosing Busch's for our wedding venue and florals was such an exciting possibility and ended up being the best decision for our intimate wedding. Kristina created the most absolutely stunning bouquet for me that perfectly encompassed everything we talked about during our consultation and paired with her amazing artistic ability, I was blown away! And our centerpieces were the perfect complement to a greenhouse full of beautiful plants. Heather was our main contact for the wedding/reception side of things and I can't say enough good things about her either. She was a joy to work with and throughout our meetings and emails clearly understood our vision and helped ensure everything was in order. The whole weekend was amazing and I know the everyone on Busch's staff lent a hand in moving, rearranging, cleaning, and helping us get the venue ready. We had the best wedding we could have ever imagined and know that came with a lot of unseen work from Heather, Kristina, and everyone at Busch's. Thank you all so much and can't wait for more amazing arrangements and events to come at Busch's!

Staff was very nice and polite. They allowed me to pick out my rose and did a beautiful job setting it in babys breath and greenery.

Always have beautiful flowers to offer the people of our county and visitors here to shop. And just look how creative they can be. My daughter pointed out this dress to me today in front of their storefront.Delivery is available and I'm sure someone will be happy to receive some beautiful flowers from Bushes Florist.

We used Busch's for our wedding and LOVED how the flowers turned out. I came in with a very specific style I wanted with custom boxes, and they adapted to the many changes with ease! There was even a small issue with the weight of one box style and they addressed it before calling us to tell us the new plan. They turned out incredible!

Amazing work created by an amazing and talented group! Hannah and Shae were great to work with and even went out of their way to grab lottery tickets on their lunch to incorporate into an arrangement! Couldn’t recommend enough!!

I selected a look I liked from the pictures listed online. The price was $65. I asked if we could bump the price to $100 to make larger/fuller and add a few more yellow roses. What was delivered was very much like the picture for $65 with a couple of more roses. I trusted them, paid 50% more and was disappointed.

The flower arrangements are quite nice; unfortunately the customer service is not.I'd been a consistent customer of Busch's for at least three years and hadn't had any issues.Earlier this month, I attempted to make an order in the afternoon. At the end of the conversation the employee asked for a credit card to pay in advance. Normally I have no issue with that but at that moment I was not able to get to my wallet. I asked if they could start the arrangement and let me call them back in 30 minutes to pay. They said no and then explained that I wouldn't be able to get the arrangement that day without payment right then.I asked if they could be a bit flexible and the manager absolutely refused.I called a competitor down the street and was immediately and cheerfully accommodated.Any business can put nice flowers in a vase. Its how you treat your customers that sets you apart.

We recently visited Busch’s for our wedding floral arrangements and they were so easy and fun to work with. Hannah was excited to help us turn our dream flowers into a reality. We got our estimate back quickly as well. We are beyond excited to continue to work with them over the next few months and see how beautiful our wedding flowers turnout. I would highly recommend Busch’s, especially Hannah, for all your floral needs.

I’ve worked with Hannah P. at her previous employer and followed her to Busch’s. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She puts her heart, consideration, and soul into each of her arrangements. I know when working with her she will take on my heart and mindset to fully understand my visions and bring them to life. She is a true artist in her field, I would highly recommend!
